A Pattaya Beauty Salon owner posted a disturbing video to Facebook on Wednesday of a man, nationality unknown, who touched himself as he stared at her through her shop window after first attempting to enter the shop. The man, who is suspected of not being Thai committed the lewd act at 4am on Wednesday and appeared to be in a heavily intoxicated state. According to the shop owner he first attempted to enter her shop which had closed some hours before and then moved to the front window and proceeded to touch himself while staring at the frightened woman. She called the Police who arrived within minutes to deal with the man who apologized for his actions and claimed to be the shop owners Husband, a claim which is known to be false. Police decided not to arrest the man but forced him to leave the area with a warning not to return or he would be subject to arrest on charges of loitering and committing a lewd act in a public place.
