It is not a regulated drug, and the ingredients listed are likely not in the amounts listed, and there is a strong possibility it is contaminated with other ingredients that may cause side effects/health problems.

 

You should educate yourself about these kinds of products as many people use "natural" products thinking they are safe and effective, but due to lack of regulation, they may cause problems.
