Fire at my hotel

Staying at Apex , returned home tonight about 3am only to find out there was a fire and there is water everywhere and no idea when I can return to my room check on my stuff and maybe even get some sleep , not sure it is common practice to put up guests in another hotel , I doubt it

Shit that is an awkward situation to be in. Hope you are not flying home today and cannot get your stuff. Not sure of fhe hotels obligations in this case, doubt they'll put you up somewhere else as that will cost them alas but surprises happen in Los.

Thanks BB, managed to get back in loom at around 6am and stuff seems fine but I very much doubt hotel will give us any sort of break on the cost for last night, sure not holding my breath for it anyways and thank god that I wasn't flying out today

hmmmmm I was out Naklua way last night/early morning and a couple of fire engines with sirens on went past...probably on the way to your hotel............... glad all your stuff is ok GT!

When I got home late last night, my teerak asked me if I saw the fire on 2nd Road; I didn't but must be a big one if she saw smoke all the way down on Pattaya Tai.

Thanks PD all is well just a pain in the ass not knowing when you can return to loom when your already falling asleep as it is, funny part (funny now I guess) was that there was a tonne of water on the lobby floor and they had 1 guy trying to sop up the water using 1 regular sized bath towel and the guy at the desk insisted that all would be fine in 1 hour
