thaibound Posted February 25, 2013 Share Posted February 25, 2013 a few of us just toured the town. action street and blue ratthip *completely* shut down. first time i've walked soi bukoaw after dark with no fear of mad motorcyclists -- or over-eager bar girls. what a lovely quiet little town pattaya is when the bars are shut. anyone who believes pattaya is anything *but* a big open-air beer bar needed to walk bukoaw and pattaya thai tonight.
