  1. The change works for me. It certainly does seem to be loading much faster. Not crazy about the round icons, but not a big deal. Not crazy about the thumbnail pics either but as xyzzy points out, they get big when you click on them. And you can easily scroll back and forth using the arrow keys. I noticed the new option to drag photos to add to a post. I used it to add the below photo. EDIT: Pics are bigger now so I guess that was changed/fixed.
  2. There's a new sheriff in the Philippines. Philippines election: Anti-crime hardliner Duterte claims win The official PPCRV poll monitor said the mayor of the southern city of Davao had more than 14.8m votes - about 39% - with 90% of ballots counted. Manuel Roxas is in second place with 9m (23%). The winner is decided on a simple majority of votes cast. Mr Duterte has been the long-time front-runner in a campaign also driven by the economy and corruption. President Benigno "Noynoy" Aquino is standing down as the constitution limits presidents to one six-year term. Filipinos are also picking a vice-president and local officials. The Punisher The PPCRV (Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting) is accredited by the election commission to monitor counting but its reporting does not represent an official tally. But Mr Duterte told AFP news agency as his lead appeared unassailable: "It's with humility, extreme humility, that I accept this, the mandate of the people." He said his law and order policy had been the key to his success. "What I can promise you is that I will do my very best not just in my waking hours but even in my sleep," he said. Mr Duterte has made many controversial statements during his campaign, saying that he would butcher criminals. A former state prosecutor nicknamed "The Punisher", he has been mayor of Davao for more than 22 years. He recently joked that, as mayor, he should have been first to rape an Australian missionary murdered in a prison riot, but he later apologised. The election campaign has also focused on reforming the economy, infrastructure, and on the territorial disputes with China in the South China Sea. Elections here are a cheerful, communal affair with large family groups or neighbours walking into the polling stations to vote together. The constant crowds coming in and out of the elementary school in Manila's Tondo district looked hard to manage. But election officials are well-practised, and voters well-informed. Plenty of officials were on hand to help voters manage the formidable ballot sheets, listing in this constituency dozens of candidates for the various local and national posts. The enthusiasm across the age and class spectrum for Mr Duterte in this campaign has exposed the weariness of Filipinos with the familiar political faces, who have delivered some economic improvements but little real change in the levels of poverty and corruption. Mr Duterte has suggested he will disregard democratic checks and balances if they get in the way of fixing the country's problems. It's a message that has excited and attracted people. Yet the numbers coming to vote here, and the positive and relaxed atmosphere, show that the faith in the familiar rituals of democracy is still as strong here as anywhere in Asia.
  3. I've heard that that particular nurse also gives rigorous rectal exams.
  4. Maybe you should start your own thread, 1inch. I'm sure many BMs would like to see pics of your photoshopped noodle and whipped bum from time to time.
  5. "My dear lotus flower, you must stop getting your knickers into a twist, just smile and have a nice day. "
  6. I'm sure she'd be happy to beat your ass too, 1inch.
  7. Makes no difference to me. I would just use a condom.
  8. Is it ok to boast about being a Cheap Charlie? On my last trip I regularly paid between 700 and 1000 baht for short-times, and never more than 1500 baht for long-times; sometimes I even paid 1000 baht for long-times, but I bought my dates dinner.
  9. People have every right to spend their baht the way they want, but when they boast about burning stupid amounts money on the forums they open themselves up to criticism and ridicule.
  10. Beautiful lass, she is.
  11. Did you get any takers for blowjobs, masterpp? Any pictures?
  12. This is interesting. Just read this on the Royal Thai Embassy's (USA) website. Government considers repealing thousands of regulationsA government-appointed committee will begin reviewing approximately 5,000 rules and regulations over the next 12 months with an eye to repealing or eliminating those that pose obstacles to legitimate business activities and lessen Thailand’s competitiveness, a committee member said last week. The news is expected to be welcomed by businesspeople who bristle at red tape and corruption, as committee members and analysts have pointed out that excessive rules and regulations also create openings for payoffs and graft. “As we all know, the process to obtain licenses takes time and opens opportunities for bribery,” said Banyong Pongpanich, chief executive officer of Kiatnakin Bank and a member of the committee. Banyong, speaking at a seminar hosted by the Thailand Development Research Institute (TDRI), one of the most prominent domestic think tanks, said the committee is planning a “regulatory guillotine,” because it will axe so many rules. He added that Thailand has requirements for 1,544 different licenses if businesses want to invest in regulated areas. In the real-estate sector alone, he said, a developer needs to obtain 17 licenses to develop a project. In the past five years, Banyong said more than 620 royal executive decrees were issued, along with 1,015 announcements and other kinds of written rules. Also, 191 royal acts were enacted in the same period, boosting the total number to about 900. During the same timeframe, 661 ministerial regulations were announced in the Royal Gazette, bringing the total to nearly 18,000. There are an estimated 100,000-plus regulations in existence, placing controls on all aspects of business activities. “It is time to use the regulatory guillotine, like what South Korea did years ago,” Banyong said. “This is institutional reform to unlock the system.” South Korea, similar to Thailand, suffered heavily during the financial and economic crisis of 1997, but South Korea took a different approach during its recovery. According to TDRI research, South Korea embarked on the painful task of stripping away regulations. Of 11,125 rules and regulations, about 5,000 or 48.8 percent were abolished, with 21.7 percent revised and only 29.5 percent left intact. The number of licenses needed was also cut from 800 to 280. Within the Association of Southeast Asian Nations, Viet Nam, since opening its doors to foreign investment, axed 8.8 percent of 5,500 laws and revised 77 percent, leaving only 14.2 per cent unchanged. Duenden Nikomborirak, TDRI research director, said too many laws and regulations without adequate impact assessment had hampered Thailand’s ease of doing business and hindered some investment. Banyong said a legal review was necessary because some rules were enacted with good intent, but they may be obsolete or too costly.
  13. I reckon they don't give a fook if they are just fishing for suckers.
  14. Agree with you there, rxpharm. Fook stalkers. They need to be dealt with harshly.
  15. Wow. I reckon they wouldn't ask if there weren't suckers out there who pay it. If one in 10, 20, or 30 respondents pay the ridiculous price, it would be worth their time to respond to all the emails to catch the big fish/suckers.
  16. I'm with Monkey Nut. I wouldn't say we are all one brotherhood, but naming and shaming would rarely be justified. Outing particularly obnoxious and hypocritical individuals, such as religious figures and politicians (Donald Trump, Pat Robertson) could be justified. It might also be justified to name and shame if the person being named had named and shamed another, with dire consequences. It would be bad form and unwise for a forum owner/moderator to name and shame a guy even if they did something incredibly wicked and/or stupid. Such an action has the potential to harm the innocent (children, spouse, family), and have other unforeseen consequences. 'Threatening' to out an asswipe, however, is another story. The threat of being outed could justifiably be used as powerful leverage in certain circumstances. And a case could be made that threatening to out a twat for instructional purposes and/or punishment for twatish behavior is justifiable.
  17. You are a first class sexual deviant, Arch. I mean that as a compliment.
  18. My theory is that Republican strategists, through ALEC (American Legislative Exchange Council), have introduced these "bathroom bills" in numerous red states to create a wedge issue in the upcoming presidential/congressional elections. They do shit like this every election cycle.
  19. Will you be watching your ladyboy-slave give the blowjobs? Just curious.
