BTW Netflix has a new movie called "Don't Look Up" with: Leonardo Di Caprio Jennifer Lawrence Cate Blanchet Meryl Streep sorta loosely based on how polarization can hurt response to genuine crises. I recommend it.. if for nothing else.. a good laugh. No spoilers but really fun. I stayed up till 2 AM to watch it.

Vaccination isn't as politicized in other countries. So the vaccination numbers should be higher than the politicized countries. The biggest obstacle should be the price but as I was surprised in 2011 in a trip to isaan that even the farmers could afford iphones.. if they value their family health, they will get it. My ladyboy's family and friends have all gotten it. And although that's a small sample.. we all know some people from thailand so maybe we could put together a sample.

Thanks. I'll check it out. We went to Lake Minnewasksa trail this past october. We wanted to avoid the bear mountain trail because that's heavily populated. Ran into a rattle snake that we couldn't see but only hear and she couldn't hear it either.. I determined its not directly in our path or above so keep on walking rather than go left or right. Sure enough danger passed soon enough but other than that it was fun.

I totally agree social distancing is the way to go and then you don't even need masks. For example when I and my ladyboy go hiking, we don't wear masks.. no one gets really close. But I live in Brooklyn New York and the reality is subways/ buses and streets are like this: And most of the times they're unmasked. That's why N95 masks are better when you're in an environment like mine.
-
If you've ever painted a room in your house, you probably already have it lying around so why not use it when you need to? Sure beats a cloth mask (not the surgical mask which is better than cloth mask but still not as good as N95)

One thing I've noticed over the years Ladyboys are very driven and dedicated. They can dedicate their life to being the best looking ladyboy or being the biggest slut in town (I've even seen a ladyboy drive to soi 7 in a Mercedes Benz S600 and proceed to work the bar and the street) or being the best gambler around (seen shit afterhours you wouldn't imagine, its quite an education) or having the highest rated only fans or sometimes being the best ladyboy wife around. No one can talk em out of it. You need to find the right one. I've made some bad decisions over the years but importing my ladyboy to live with me overseas hasn't been one of them. And she helps me take care of the house and in every respect is a ladyboy wife. If she doesn't drive you crazy and wants to be your wife genuinely then start the visa process. You won't regret it @Woodie especially if she's the one who wants it more than you.

My ladyboy gf has asthma so I have had to really change our lifestyle. We used to love going out, she used to love taking photos in midtown manhattan of hi so stores and imax theaters and send em back home but now we just avoid crowds. Most of the time we're home but we go hiking outdoors when we need to. You just have to analyze your own risk. I figured if a friend who was in the ladyboy scene, age 32, fitter and younger than me could get covid and die from it, then I am not immune and she is even at more risk with her asthma since she gets bronchitis almost every winter due to not being used to the New York cold. Asthma and covid together could be very very bad.

Two reasons for that.. 1. Transmissability of Flu is quite low compared to Covid so the chance of reinfection is high 2. Flu vaccine is well injecting you with a lower potent strain of the virus vs Pfizer/ Moderna which are actually just instructions of Rna of how to fight the virus with anti-bodies. And I seem to remember if you got bit by a rabid dog in the 80's, you'd need 14 injections where as now you need just 1. A tetnus booster used to be for 1 year in the 80's but now one is for a decade. Its not weird.. medicines and vaccines get better over time. There is talk about an Army vaccine that will help vs all variants and last a bit longer. So the current vaccines aren't bad, they're just the best we have for now. Also The vaccine is sort of like insurance rather than armor. Masks are the armor (well not cloth masks, they're useless, surgical masks are better but N95 masks are the best and we should all be using them. I mean most of us can afford to pay for plane fare to travel to LOS.. getting a box of 10 N95 shouldn't be hard on our budget. Just get a box and rotate through em.. don't wear what you wore yesterday again today).

Thanks Pdoggg. Was looking forward to using this system but its currently suspended. Hopefully back soon as they figure out Omicron doesn't look to be as deadly as other variants.
-
Omicron is really contagious and this whole pandemic can go 2 ways. 1. It infects enough people so we all have antibodies and we're all okay for a few months till China opens up again. 2. It infects enough people so that it mutates into a deadlier variant with the high transmissability and we're all fucked. Personally hoping for #1 as I just booked flights for May-June. I also hope (although I don't know for sure) that omicron anti-bodies last longer than a few months because I have a friend who passed away who survived the initial covid but got reinfected with delta and it killed him.

Good Job guys.. the Pfizer one is the way to go. Just plan on going easy for 2-3 days after the shots.

Yep me and my ladyboy mask up everywhere outside of home and wear gloves. We avoid public transporation as much as possible. She has asthma so it would be really bad for her. She wanted to return to Thailand this year but under the quarantine rules and stuff, its not really possible. She also wanted to buy a few things but is unsure with covid if the places are even open so we'll try next year. What really surprised me in this covid thing is how resourceful people can be when they try. We had a few problems where our bathroom had a few tiles fall off and reveal mold underneath and we didn't want to risk anyone coming in.. so we decided to DIY it. Yep you heard that right.. a ladyboy and me fixing our bathroom (tearing it all down, packing debree of sharp tiles into bags, taking it outside, then helping me cut and replace old pipes & valve then cut and install cement board, sheet rock, waterproofing, joint compound, paint, and then cut tiles to install, splash thinset and apply tile. Infact she and I bought a 28 foot ladder and I secure it at the bottom and she goes to the top and paints mold resistant paint outside below the gutter so we don't have mold again). Never would have thought that when we hooked up that she and I are capable of this but we didn't want to live in a mold infested house and had to fix it ourselves. Sure beats the ladyboys that just want the latest iphone every year and want to just look pretty, buy expensive stuff, show off on facebook and be generally lazy but maybe covid has forced us both to be active instead of just paying someone else to fix it.

BTW Have you gotten the vaccine in Thailand? And this delta variant is no joke.. it also seems to be more airborne.

The first 3 passed away during March- April of 2020. 1. The person who did my taxes 2. A person who my dad knew who worked in a shop at the counter of a store 3. One of the health care workers I knew Then it was pretty much a lot of people getting infected by no fatalaties. 4 & 5 in March of 2021.. 4. A bank teller in my bank. She was always nice to me 5. That bank teller's girlfriend.. they were 38 and 32.. #6 was August 2021 He had covid before and survived.. he was vaccinated but he seemed to have a cough that never really went away so long covid and secondary infection. It seems to have been the delta variant as I talked to him sunday and he was fine and he was gone on Saturday.

I would trust homeopathy more than this smoking garbage. I was playing volleyball with my ladyboy and she spiked so hard she ripped my rotator cuff when I tried to block and I didn't have money for surgery. It hurt a ton.. couldn't even lift my hand to pick up soap but then I tried homeopathic medicine (oral and a cream).. it healed it in a month. Good as new but still afraid of her spikes.
-
How bad has it gotten recently? I am over in New york.. which thankfully has a good % of vaccinated but regretfully a lot of unmaksed people now. One of these who I knew and met 2 weeks ago passed away from covid last saturday. So that makes 6 people I knew personally who passed away of COVID. Hopefully its nowhere that bad for you guys.

Sorry to hear, but why did she go? Illness or..?

I for one am very surprised with Thailand's numbers given the numbers of Chinese bus tourists. We already know 50%+ infected are asymptomatic so something seems very off or covered up like with China showing only the numbers of those hospitalized vs truly infected.
-
It is a big deal because it means any immunity via a vaccine to it will most likely not be like measels/ mumps (entire lifetime) but for a much shorter duration so that means multiple vaccinations over time. Most people can do the lifetime vaccine but people are lazy and can't be bothered to do a vaccine every few months? And ofcourse you have anti vaxxers. So there will be dumbasses who are carriers for not just a few months but maybe for years like the flu.
-
There are now three known cases of patients contracting COVID-19 twice So much for immunity.

To be brutally honest.. Thai women age worse than ladyboys. Most thai women are past their sell by date at 35 and it sorta begins to be past sell by date at 32ish. Yet to see a 40 year old thai lady that gave me a hard on but a little makeup and a sexy dress and a ladyboy is a great companion. What puts me off most is attitude but it sounds like you won the lottery there. Congrats man!
