    Patpong

In the past, I believe King's Garden was in the cut-through between Patpong 1 and Patpong 2 and it was not a go-go, but it was a place with live music. Kings Corner was right across (also on the cut-through) and was a place with mixed GGs and LBs (post-ops from what I remember). TC, so now, the place with pre-ops is the location that used to have the live band? And across the way is still the gogo with mixed GGs and post-op LBs? Who's on first, what's on second!!
  2. Many times, finding great food has come on the recommendation of someone saying "Go XXX for YYY" or being taken somewhere by a Thai. Everyone's tastes are different, but it usually pans out OK. One year ago, this GG I was fucking on a regular basis took me to a restaurant where all the dishes were tasty. Our last meal there was the night before she flew out of Thailand to get married. I'll never forget the night because (1) a Thai I was eating with actually paid for the meal, and (2) it was the best noodle soup I've even eaten in a restaurant. Now "in a restaurant" qualification" is necessary because there are countless noodle stalls, some of which *might* be better. But sitting in an air-conditioned restaurant eating such a masterpiece is notable. The place is called Kuay Tiew Rua Thasiam 2 (or just Thasiam) - Central Festival Pattaya Beach 2 and it is in Central Festival Pattaya, of all places. It is on the 6th floor, very near the Cinema. It is next to a restaurant called "8". If you do not read Thai, you would walk past this place, as the only sign outside is in Thai. It has a giant gold elephant at the entrance. You walk in, sit down and order off the menu. Everything is good, but the first page is where the "spicy noodle soup" is. Your reward for 60-some baht is a bowl of heaven. The taste is incredible from start to finish. #13 SEN LEK is aroy, aroy, aroy! The staff speaks almost no English, and you'll likely be the only westerner in the place. Never mind, point to the item and, as with all noodle orders in Thailand, say "sen lek" for small noodles or "sen yai" for large noodles. Almost all dishes here come spiced, so say "phet nit noi" (spicy little bit) if you don't want to blow out your tongue. But I once ordered basil pork here as "phet nit noi" and it was really spicy. They are open from late morning until about 9:30pm. I have gotten there late evening on a busy day and they have been out of the braised pork that goes in #13. I sobbed uncontrollably. I'll never forget that married GG, not because she gave me her ass a week before she married an Irishman, but because she introduced me to this place. I miss her a lot, but not as much as I'll miss this noodle soup if this place closes down. I eat here a lot! Website: http://www.thasiam.co.th/index.php?m=home (in Thai only) (from this website, it looks like they also have branches in Bangkok - Central, Siam Square and Siam Center. Anyway, here's some pics.
  3. Is the midget in white shirt a GG?
  4. Nice to see the Famous girls again, Chompoo and June were looking good. There was even some pussy there last night.
  5. Assume everyone is armed and you'll have no trouble.
  6. Walking Street brings out the bad in such good-hearted people.
  7. Stopped in there last night, had a few drinks with Roscoe. Nice, relaxed atmosphere. Wii seems to be tremendously popular with the Irish! There is a new girl named Anny and she'd not spent too much time in the bars yet, so I gave her a tour of my room. Perfect hormone titties and horny too. Nice girl, but new to the scene.
  8. I would go splurge for a drink at the bar on the top of State Tower, then eat dinner at a street place in the area, or one of about 5 places I know in the area that are good where Thai people actually eat. Then I would jump in a cab and take them to Tawan Daeng Isaan in Pratanakarn Rd. Or an alternative is the open air bar above Zen in Central World. I would avoid anything anywhere near Sukhumvit after dark.
  9. Missed you in the Beer Garden today. Sorry. But I got a ST on Soi 6 in and my postie seems to have gone missing again, If I would have been one of them forking over the dough for the chop, this wouldn't have happened.. Let's meet up soon.
  10. My two best current regulars (one GG and one LB) in Pattaya, I met at Coconut Bar. Not while I'm drunk, and not at 4:00am though. Yes, I also think this guy was targeted.
  11. I stopped being surprised at the "moral compass" of Thai people a long time ago, that compass is calibrated with things like "kreng jai", "nam jai" and "boon khun", rather than western things like "tell the truth", "be faithful" and "feel guilty when you fuck random chicks or LBs". I like the Thai way better... having sex is like eating food.
  12. You are right, it is further north than Soi New Plaza. On the east side of 2nd road (the opposite side of the road from where Soi 7 is), about 100 meters before Pattaya Klang, there is a complex of beer bars. There is a hotel called @HOME just north of these beer bars, on a small soi. Walk down that soi to behind the beer bars, you'll find Roger's.
  13. Italian ... two places come to mind, although I don't usually eat anything besides Thai. Buondi Da Noong Ristoran Tino - on Thappraya Road, between South Pattaya and Jomtien, if you google it, you'll find the exact location. Not fancy furnishings, but great pasta and reasonable. http://www.pattaya-funtown.com/food_italy.html Roger's - on a small soi directly west of Pattaya Memorial Hospital, behind the beer bars. The best italian I have eaten in Thailand. Not cheap. There is a thread about it on Pattaya Addicts that has lots of pics of the food and menus. I'd rather not poach the pics from that site. http://www.pattaya-addicts.com/forum/topic/56315-rogers-italian/
  14. Can we have AB give me his ATM card upon arrival in the country, and I will give him a daily allowance each afternoon?
  15. I like it. Gives you a better vantage of Walking Street, and people watching of the African girls at the bar across the way!
  16. I'd bet that there is more to this story than is written in the original post. Edit: Here is the tour guide's info: http://www.localyte.com/profile/51482--Thailand--Krung%2BThep--Bangkok?subTabID=subTabLocalytes
  17. Also, to answer your direct question, a LB who is always ready to top (and bottom) is Khao, who works at Baby Boom. This is in post #235 of the Baby Boom thread, 5th photo down in that post, (black bra and garter, red lipstick, right hand on the gogo pole. She is a very nice LB, no drama or trouble. http://www.ladyboyreview.com/forum/index.php?/topic/818-baby-boom-updates-and-photos/page-27#entry26253 You could probably sneak away from the wife into the bar, pay Josh the barfine, then have Khao meet you the next day at a ST hotel. Edit: Here is another photo of Khao, posted in another thread, courtesy of BackdoorSpecialist (hope he doesn't mind)
  18. Well, this adds a new dimension if you are spending time in Pattaya. If you hang around walking street and beach road, she will soon figure out what is happening there. And that makes your task of sneaking out for ladyboy cock harder; if she feels that she is surrounded by guys who are banging hot Thai chicks and LBs for the price of a light breakfast in New York City, she will be thinking twice about it when you "go for massage". That is not to say it can't be done, but you better be VERY familiar with Pattaya and where to go and not to go with her. I had a friend bring a western wife and her sister to Pattaya, because they insisted on going there because they know he went to Pattaya on occasion. For two days, in the daytime, they went on various shopping and beach excursions, while he excused himself for an hour at a time to bang Thai chicks. And at night, he never took the wife and sister west of 3rd Rd (plenty of nightlife on 3rd Rd.) It worked for him, the girls thought Pattaya was "just another place" and they preferred Bangkok or other places in Thailand. BTW, you can bang Thai chicks for a price EVERYWHERE in Thailand (well, everywhere meaning anyplace except some remote village.) I hope you know Pattaya, as you'll need to if you're spending time with a wife in Pattaya, and you want to keep her from knowing the "scene."
  19. I still get a virus warning on a clean Firefox, but not on I.E.
  20. If the girlfriend is western vs. Thai vs "Other Asian", there is a totally different m.o. for getting away discreatly. Believe me, I know. Where is girlfriend from?
