    well Archie, there are other 'Meet and Greets' in the early planning stages for around that time, obviously not definite yet... but something will be happening. Anyone who hasn't a clue about M&Gs, the were designed originally for 2 reasons, one of course to help Emmy and the other for forum members [of whatever forum] to meet people that they have known on the net, but not in person, a chance to put faces to names sort of thing. They never turn into big parties, and aren't really intended to be so. More of a get-together chit-chat sort of thing. Mind you they can soon liven up a bit...especially if Sunny gets a sniff of an opened beer bottle! We've had some very good ones really...in fact all of them... usually just a good civilised night out for around [usually] 10-15 people. The Katty bar is perfect for this sort of thing, small and intimate, and emmy is thankfully of the no loud music school of thought [i don't know who influenced her!] and the food her sister, or aunt, or cousin, cooks is to die for. [sorry...thai families still confuse me a bit...] all food is free, all that is asked is that people eating put a small tip in the tip box for the sister/aunt/cousin who spends ages preparing and on the night bbq-ing. a splendid time is guaranteed for all.....

    Dunno if it was on this thread, but some were asking if Pokki is still working in the Katty?. At 4 pm today i popped in to take a copy of Quinn's artwork of the1st December stoolpusher etc bash. For Emmy to pin to the wall. Pokki was sat there on duty and said 'yes' she is still working.

    it certainly makes the girls happy of course Archie... especially after possibly the worst low season ever in Jomtien. I know that Pattaya bars too suffered but Jomty was far worse. Little Boss Teya really is a diamond, yes she does run the place most days, especially as Big Boss Emmy is so busy having to take care of her old mum in Sattahip. Teya is so loyal to Emmy, and also vice-versa. Actually most of the staff are very loyal too. They are a gang that can't be beat. It was only a week or two back when Sunny refused a free paid week in Phuket with a customer who wanted to take her. She refused because the customer wanted to meet her outside the bar the next day, so to save him having to pay a bar fine. teya will do well on her birthday...believe me! also while i'm here.. Quinn...can you drop an updated poster into here please [i'm struggling!] for the stoolpusher event on the 1st Dec..it's getting bigger... Zaza join in! also Bumblebee... can you drop a photo of Sophia into here please? she too will be joining us. cheers

    think that she was Duke... i was referring really to Jimbo leaving the partnership, he used to get a lot of custom into there. although i'm not a great visitor to TJs... it 's good that it's still going strong. despite Quietguy going there!

    some of you may be aware that one of the Soi Buck Mafia bar owners has organised a party on the same night as Stoolpusher's bash at the Katty Bar. Quite sad really especially as dates adjacent to the 1st Dec.were blank as far as parties go. yes...i know there are no rules or obligations... but please guys, try to pop along to say bye-bye to SP.

    Hi all. Normally i wouldn't specify Lazada as of course, it could be anyone and i could be being unfair to them. it just made me suspicious though as the email address hasn't be used for over 2 years. it's kept alive by me checking into it every month or so. The first email received for 2 years was from lazada. but, i suppose one never knows. my address could have been obtained from someone's mailbox or contacts i guess. main reason really for my post was the credit/debit card warning. apologies to Lazada if i'm wrong! DC... password changed , system scanned but nothing found. Quinn... the shoes... i ordered exact size and they were fine. Mind you i ordered a shirt too.. now in England i'm a medium but i ordered large... still too small... it's all pot luck really. probably depends on the manufacturer. Think i'll stick to buying local!

    just a heads up. A couple of weeks back i ordered something from Lazada. Absolutely no problem with the goods or service. I used an old email address, still obviously in existence but no longer used for general stuff such as personal emails. Lo and behold i had a look at that address yesterday to find over 40 incoming emails.. most of them from dodgy russian sites... many of them showing names i knew, in fact from a well out of date contact list from the email address. even more lo and behold...another 11 today. now, i dunno much about these techy things, so correct me if i'm wrong... but it seems that Lazada are possibly selling email addresses? no big problem but perhaps people should take care if giving lazada debit/credit card details? pay cash on delivery only guys!

    yes, i suspect that thai friendly plays a large part in things nowadays. Same with Mona. The hardcore Kittens i.e there everyday seem to be, Teya,Sunny, Sara, Mind, Tiger, Jenny.and Moon.with Pokki as and when. I was talking to someone last night who remarked about how friendly the staff are with each other, never any arguments or problems to be seen. indeed 2 nights back teya rang the bell twice for all the girls.. not just drinks but lady drinks. Boss [mother hen] Emmy no doubt has a lot to do with the bar atmosphere.,

    yes it is QG... Antique! now 30 years old, German made and imported to Botswana believe it or not, and then eventually to Thailand via Switzerland.. Justsomegai.... Mind [now Maya] does sometimes come over a being the least professional as a model...she's one of those people who light up when they smile. Nice girl.. has a very good reputation, certainly has her regular customers. Pokki? correct me BB but if i recall she was absent when that set was taken... but no worries, she's around most nights. Very busy in the katty last night, a good night. Teya's bit of paper has now gone... the spot has cleared up!

    absolutely nothing to do with the food SP... but as you may well recall, sitting and eating in the Seaside [on the street tables ] gives you a great view of the gorgeous Cambodian blonde LB, now a post-op... sitting opposite. name leery or lily. if you want to bring her along to your party on the 1st... feel free!

    you'll be here around the same time as Canadian Kevin QG... good to see him again. but...never mind that..... Emmy... if Quietguy requests the awful Country and Western music he loves... please please just tell him that Youtube isn't working correctly.... Then if he requests it again...just shoot him. it won't be murder Emmy...it will just be putting the other customers out of their misery... regards from the original Mr Cute!
