On August 14th, 2025, at approximately 1:06 AM, a disturbing incident occurred outside Jackie & Nui Cocktail Bar in Soi Naklua 18. Ms. Sirima Duangthai, 36, the bar’s manager, reported an alarming act of public indecency involving a well-groomed man who performed a lewd act in front of female staff and foreign tourists.

According to Ms. Sirima, the incident took place in the early hours when a sedan, resembling a ride-hailing vehicle, parked in front of the bar. Initially, staff assumed the driver was waiting for a passenger. However, upon closer inspection, they observed a man, approximately 30-40 years old, with fair skin and a neat appearance, engaging in a shocking act. The individual, described as “good-looking,” had lowered his trousers and was masturbating openly, seemingly unfazed by onlookers. When confronted by the startled staff, he made a provocative sound before speeding away.

Ms. Sirima shared security footage with the media to raise awareness among tourists and female night workers, stating the potential danger posed by the individual. “This not only tarnishes Pattaya’s reputation as a tourist destination but also raises serious safety concerns for women, especially those traveling or working late at night,” she said. She noted that it was unclear whether the man was a ride-hailing driver, making him a threat.

While Ms. Sirima clearly remembers the man’s face and vehicle, she stated that her intention is not to shame him but to warn others to stay vigilant. She has left the matter of legal action to the police, who are now tasked with tracking down the suspect.
