Laawman
This extension can be quite handy for some of us if we don't fancy coughing up for the occasional article: https://gitlab.com/magnolia1234/bypass-paywalls-chrome-clean I've got it on both my browsers, though on Chrome it's a bit more involved on updating itself.
Pdoggg
The NY Times and Wash Post used to let you read 10 articles before you had the delete their cookies but now it's just one or two articles so I don't bother reading them anymore. Just took a quick look at using it on Chrome and my head started spinning. But it would be nice to read the Times for free!
sydneyjohn57
I've been using the Firefox version for a long time and it is great when following a link to a normally paywalled site
Laawman
Quick installation guide (for Windows): https://gitlab.com/magnolia1234/bypass-paywalls-chrome-clean/-/archive/master/bypass-paywalls-chrome-clean-master.zip 1. Go into Chrome settings and then into the Extension page. Enable 'developer options' at the top right. 2. Download the zip file from the link I gave and then extract it. (right click then 'extract all' from the context menu). 3. Go back to the Extensions page and select the 'load unpacked' button. 4. Then browse to where your folder is, 2x click to open it, select the folder inside it and wait a few seconds for it to load. 5. Get browsing!
