I just looked up the word 'gentleman' in the Oxford English Dictionary, and it said "someone like Piggdog". This is a good solid forum full of guys who in the main know each other, and who have , been there,done that, and bought several t-shirts along the way. All good decent guys in here, ready to help each other, but still have some light hearted banter along with it. In some ways this forum reminds me of the opening credits of the TV series "Shameless". We are all exactly the same but totally different, fucked up in our own little ways,and could be viewed as the outcasts of society. But deep down the guys here are the salt of the earth, and by Christ we know how to party!!!

What was the story with the ex Ezy girls BB. Was it a kiss and make up with Lita, or are they seeking employment? Bee is looking great these days,imo. I always wanted a roll in the hay with her, but unfortunately due to a previous acquaintance, the opportunity was never there. However on my last trip I met Bee a few times in and around Marine disco, and she certainly seemed keen to investigate the interior design of my room. It is in the Bophut area, about 5 minutes from Fisherman's village.If you are familiar with that area, about 200 yards before you come to the traffic lights to turn down to Fishermans village, there is a soi on the right hand side of the road called "soi sundae". My house is just up there in a complex of about 40 bungalows. Cheers.

Guys, if you really want to watch a football match, I would suggest viewing in a Ladyboy bar is not a good idea. Point in case, the merseyside derby, April 2008. As a Liverpool fan this is one of the games I look forward to all season, and seeing as there were a squad of guys in BKK at the time, I thought, why not watch in Guess bar. I talk you later" 10 minutes later, Bia returns Bia " I horny, cock hard too much, look" To this day I still do not know the outcome of that match.

Throwing this one out to the expats living full time in Thailand, particularly those who still have their finger on the pulse of the business community. Any advice given will be rewarded with beer. I am trying to sell my house in Samui, and despite several Google searches and various rummages around several websites, I am still unclear to the ins and outs. In particular What are the general agent fees/commissions for undertaking the advertising and sale of the property. I know these may vary, but does anybody know an average rate? What taxes will I have to pay? My solicitor has given me some advice, but it seems to contradict what is said on the various websites. For example, I have been told if I have a foreign exchange certificate, all money will be repatriated without tax liability, but otherwise I will have to prove nil taxable profit from my company accounts???? SBT (Special Business Tax) I was under the impression this was due to be paid by the seller on slaes transactions, however on going though my initial accounts, it appears I paid this as a buyer when I purchased the house!! Any other unforeseen taxes or fees I should prepare myself for on successful sale of the property. p.s the property is a house, not a condo, which I believe has slightly different legislation than selling a condo. I bought the house in 2008, and don't expect to make any, or certainly very little profit from the sale in terms of Thai Baht, so if there is a profit tax I would expect this to be negligable. Indeed ET, I certainly enjoyed my time with Nnacy, a really nice girl with a great attitude and wicked sense of humour. And she was very gentle with me,most of the time - I won't go in to details about our last night together, suffice to say I found it difficult to sit for a few days afterwards. Great to see you posting over here among friends, and hope to catch up with you again in Patts. DT, I agree, Nok indeed deserves a lot of credit for the way Labamba is run. She and Cindy are still very good friends with Alis, and I reckon there could be a return at some stage in the future, but who knows.

There are still some extremely hot LB's around Pattaya and BKK who are in over 30 and well over 30 bracket. Some you wouldn't even know were that age, others you get the TILF thing straight away and if that turns you on then you're laughing. A couple of examples of fine older LB's Yalli/Jolie(38) -Linda Bar Pattaya. A fine specimen who provides great bedroom pleasure and is a nice person to boot. Beer/Bia - Guess Bar. My 3 choices for current superstars IMO, would be 1. Nancy (LaBamba) - she probably is one of the stereotypical superstars of the scene at the minute, but she has no attitude, is great fun, good sense of humour, hot as hell, and apparently is quite good in the sack. 2. Cindy (LaBamba) - for me she is the perfect package, beautiful, sexy, great english,funny, and a genuinely nice person. 3. Tara (Gemini) - same same as above really, oh, and she can dance like a pro. For me, one of the key attritubutes they must have is not behaving like a superstar, none of these 3 do, I hope that never changes. :diablo:
