Simply looking at the forum indicates many of us are online at least once a day if not more and perhaps even when you don't sign in you may still be browsing other topics and info on the web. So how long can you go without getting some type of withdrawals regarding not been on the net? Personally if I am not connected after 48 hours I feel like I am missing out...while it can be quite liberating in another way.

I know a few members here are fond of Mouth Moy bar, maybe because it's quite basic with a hint of the wild west about it, a nod to places like Tripe X in years gone by perhaps. There is a feeling of adventure when drinking there I find, a case of anything could happen next. But with the internet, dating sites and plush bars dominating the scene nowadays, perhaps it has become all too sanitized, safe and easy and lacks the naughty pioneering edge of times past to some guys. So has that exciting thrill gone to some extent, and if so, can it be found in newer frontiers like Cambodia, The Philippines etc.

Have any of our members noticed an element of snobbery creeping into the scene in the last year or so? From time to time we hear tales of guys being as good as ignored by others in bars because their names don't register as being perceived 'movers and shakers' on the scene (usually by guys who haven't been on the scene themselves a wet weekend). It appears that unless you are part of a particular click and 'in the know' you are not worth talking to by some of the new generation of ladyboy lovers. Perhaps this has been going on unnoticed for years but we don't recall it happening before. Thoughts?

If it was a case of ticking over would bars prefer that you come in and bar fine a staff member without buying a drink or come for a few drinks and not bar fine a staff member? I know a mix of drinks and then a bar fine is the ideal but when it comes down to the bottom line which do our members feel is the bar's priority and more profitable?

It must be a real head wreck initially for men who are in a relationship or even married noticing ladyboys in Thailand and realising they are attracted to them.
