The above quotes from 4.17 really struck a chord, he may as well be reading my mind and from having hung out with many of you guys here while in Los you might be thinking the same about yourselves. He has summed up the way I more or less see life and as I say I reckon a fair percentage of the guys who are into LBs think the same way, not all of you mind. Why do we think this way, is if from bad experiences with women earlier in our lives or are some of us wired differently and just cannot conform to the expected norms of life. Probably a mixture of both at the end of the day. So what makes us live this life of true grit?

Yea there will be a lot of coming and going during November with a constant stream of good guys around. Personally I have never felt this excited so far off from my arrival date. Seems we never lose the buzz for the place.

Some very good and interesting points guys. Lone Ranger mentions the long con. I presume these are the girls who appear genuine but are working to a hidden agenda and a big prize further down the line, be it a house, a passport for the States or the EU etc.

Many of the guys who frequent forums do so for the fact that they will be in Thailand for a holiday/vacation period and want to enjoy it to the max. Other guys live there and have to be more discreet, be it doing the bar scene or the internet route, which merge on many occasions as the girls realise the outlets for customers. I floated around the usual sites myself, Thaifriendly, Gayromeo, Cam Frog etc as do many of you LB connoisseurs. Basically the majority of us are out for a bit of no strings attached fun, meet them, dabble and move on to the next. But what about the LBs. I so often see on Thaifriendly for example comments "no lie man" "looking for boyfriend" etc. We all know the rules of P4P, but what about the genuine LBs who join these sites hoping to meet a guy who understands them and wants to form a relationship. It must be so frustrating for them meeting guys who seem to like them and then they disappear off the radar after having their wicked way. Is it any wonder they are so cynical about us. So what about sites like Thaifriendly, do you reckon if she is online she is fair game and/or do you sympathies with the frustrations of genuine non P4P LBs? .

When I started to look into what foods are high in cholesterol , I was disheartened to see prawns and coconuts were on the list. I always enjoy them when in Los, but have reduced my intake accordingly. My judgment always gets impaired mind with a few beers on board and passing by the friend chicken stalls on Pattaya Tai.

Good to see the posters up already. With all the publicity this far out, I can only imagine the crowd that will be there by the time the party comes around. Looks like there is going to be a lot of blurring of faces in photos at this rate. Remember guys all the parties during Party Season will be covered here on LBR hopefully within 12 hours of the event finishing if not sooner.

It really is going to be a special time to be in town. Almost a who's who of guys in the LB scene. Let's hope we can give all the parties the coverage that the guys who cannot be there can appreciate.

Last time I was in town Hot Legs was LB free. S&S is a good spot, relaxing and a bit of choice. There was another bar, Mucky Duck at the entrance to the Complex beside Shenanigans which had some of ours and the Long Tail bar on the way down to the beach. http://www.ladyboyreview.com/forum/index.php?/topic/913-long-tail-bar-jomtien/ Not sure about accommodation over that way as I have never checked it out. Pdogg may have some info regarding that.

Just watched a program on ITV about The Food We Eat. Mainly it dealt with the bad diets many people eat these days because of lack of time and awareness of contents. I got blood tested last year and my cholesterol was a bit high, so i change my diet quite a bit. Cut down on sausages, burgers,chocolate, biscuits, full fat milk etc. and pay more attention to stuff when I buy it now in the supermarket. Do any of you guys bother with all that or do you just eat what you want?

Shocking but alas not surprising to hear about the deaths. I am sure we have all been in venues in Los and for a brief moment had the sobering thought "What if there was a fire?" and looked around to see no obvious ways out except the entrance we came in. From what I recall the lower bar complex would be easy to evacuate in the Tiger, and there was one main entrance to the upstairs facing onto Bangla, perhaps a second has been built since I was last there.

Duke has announced in The Pattaya Times that there is a birthday party for Keaw, exEzy this Saturday 18. Should be a good night, enjoy.
