Summer Movies

I went to the theater today and there were tons of previews for the upcoming releases. I was excited about many of them. Perhaps none more than the upcoming XMen movie.

What movies are you looking forward to this summer?

I was following these mutants since Day 1 of their careers at Marvel but the movie that interests me the most is Too Big To Fail, the HBO movie. Not the traditional "summer movie".

Note, we are not talking about Horsecock Nancy.

"Too Big" was pretty good if one is interested in Finance, or wondered exactly what happened in 2008, it put a face on the names, it wouldn't interest too many others tho. Sort of an interesting alternative to a documentary about it.

"The Hangover 2" has gotten some interesting, negative, reviews. I was pretty interested in seeing it since the first one was funny & this was shot in Bangkok. The basic take is however that it isn't a sequel as much as a remake of the original with minor variations: monkey instead of a baby, tattoo instead of missing tooth after coming to, Bangkok in place of Vegas, basically a replay than a rewrite, an extreme example of not taking chances when you have a sucessful formula. Too bad.
