I am sure that many are very happy with the change, while there has to be some that are not. For most I would imagine, their customer base will change from the "standard farang" to Arabs and such. You do know the majority of farang p4p tourists are after gg action - postop lbs would simply move into that customer base. It seems that you have an inaccurate view of the customer base for postop lbs. The determining factor is how well did the doctor do with regards to the SRS surgery. If the postop lb can retain her ability to orgasm, her postop vagina appears good cosmetically, and in some cases even self-lubricate - they will really enjoy having sex. Also if you take the time to really please her, with skilled and prolonged foreplay, she will generally deliver much more back to you than a gg ever would.
