pdogg
A Kuwaiti Oil Worker was reportedly drugged and robbed of money from his South Pattaya Hotel Room on Wednesday. Pattaya’s Tourist Police were called to the Right Spot Hotel off Walking Street and met with Mr. Duhaiman Alalati aged 55. He was in a dazed state and appeared to still be feeling the effects of an unknown drug which is thought to have been placed inside a can of beer he consumed in his room whilst in the company of a Ladyboy he met on the street and invited back to his room. Hotel Staff handed a Thai ID Card to Police which indicated the name of the suspect wanted in connection with the incident is Khun Sumit aged 20. Police are still unsure if this was the suspects real ID Card or not. Mr. Alalati claimed 7,000 US Dollars and 100,000 Baht in cash was stolen by the suspect who was seen to leave his room at around 5.30 am. He woke-up just after 1pm and realized what had happened and called the Police with the assistance of Hotel staff. This is Mr. Alalati’s first trip to Thailand and is reportedly going to be his last as he counts the cost of his late night encounter. http://www.pattayaone.net/pattaya-news/87279/kuwaiti-oil-worker-drugged-robbed-pattaya-ladyboy/
JaiDee
These stories always get more play when a Ladyboy is involved, especially on ThaiVisa. Yes, of course these things happen in Thailand as we all know, but if these Pattaya newspapers and ThaiVisa reported every drugging and theft done by females these stories would be much more common.
pdogg
There's an update to this story. According to Pattaya 103, the thief used the money for SRS. They tracked down her down in a clinic's recovery room shortly after the final chop. truth is stranger than fiction as they say, whoever "they" are. http://www.pattaya103.com/ladyboy-funds-surgery-with-stolen-money/
