bumblebee
For anyone wanting to get from Victory Monument to the Pattaya Tai area, this mini van company have a regular service for 97 B. Just come out of the BTS station and take the stairs on the right, there is a big Suzuki sign, you cannot miss it. Then at the bottom of the stairs walk in the direction of VM and the ticket booths are about 25 meters away.
Kahuna
You didn't include a shot of the Monument itself BB...An amazing glorieta/roundabout if there ever was one...Here's a shot from BTS...If you get stuck on an inside lane during rush hour, you could be there for hours... BigTel
Good service this Mini Van company, I used it on my recent trip, from Friendship Supermarket to Victory Monument two and half hours that was in early Morning rush hour traffic, not bad. Then a number 140 Bus to Pantip plaza 11 Baht. Great value .
