Guys, if you really want to watch a football match, I would suggest viewing in a Ladyboy bar is not a good idea. Point in case, the merseyside derby, April 2008. Throwing this one out to the expats living full time in Thailand, particularly those who still have their finger on the pulse of the business community. Any advice given will be rewarded with beer. I am trying to sell my house in Samui, and despite several Google searches and various rummages around several websites, I am still unclear to the ins and outs. In particular What are the general agent fees/commissions for undertaking the advertising and sale of the property. I know these may vary, but does anybody know an average rate? What taxes will I have to pay? My solicitor has given me some advice, but it seems to contradict what is said on the various websites. For example, I have been told if I have a foreign exchange certificate, all money will be repatriated without tax liability, but otherwise I will have to prove nil taxable profit from my company accounts???? SBT (Special Business Tax) I was under the impression this was due to be paid by the seller on slaes transactions, however on going though my initial accounts, it appears I paid this as a buyer when I purchased the house!! Any other unforeseen taxes or fees I should prepare myself for on successful sale of the property. p.s the property is a house, not a condo, which I believe has slightly different legislation than selling a condo. I bought the house in 2008, and don't expect to make any, or certainly very little profit from the sale in terms of Thai Baht, so if there is a profit tax I would expect this to be negligable. Indeed ET, I certainly enjoyed my time with Nnacy, a really nice girl with a great attitude and wicked sense of humour. And she was very gentle with me,most of the time - I won't go in to details about our last night together, suffice to say I found it difficult to sit for a few days afterwards. My 3 choices for current superstars IMO, would be 1. Nancy (LaBamba) - she probably is one of the stereotypical superstars of the scene at the minute, but she has no attitude, is great fun, good sense of humour, hot as hell, and apparently is quite good in the sack. 2. Cindy (LaBamba) - for me she is the perfect package, beautiful, sexy, great english,funny, and a genuinely nice person. 3. Tara (Gemini) - same same as above really, oh, and she can dance like a pro. For me, one of the key attritubutes they must have is not behaving like a superstar, none of these 3 do, I hope that never changes. :diablo:

Alis is now working at Obsesssions as of about three weeks ago, however the door is open for her to reurn to LaBamba I have been told by both Nok and Alis, having spoken to them both about it recently. Nok is actually quite keen to bring her back as mamasan, seeing as Nancy will return to BKK soon after her short stay helping her friend Nok. Alis however, although tempted to return has said she does not want to go back as mamasan, because in her own words "when mamasan can not go with cussomer" Actually it would be interesting to hear the views of the members on an Alis return, given the recent history most of us know about. Would you be in favour or have a problem with this?
