It appears reports of the demise of the Boss were a little premature - the place has been done up, re-opened and is currently available for business. As I was ambling up Soi 6/1 late last night i was accosted by the formidable Joy and her equally formidable appendage. Naturally we retired to the inner sanctum of the Boss to discuss the weightier topics of today. Joy informs me that the owners have also improved the short-time rooms (wouldn't have been difficult!) but I can't verify that as I only had time for the one beer before heading home. Oh and the new interior sees the removal of the old bar area giving it a less "loungey" feel. It was so new you could still smell wood... which seems somewhat apt.

Alright Pacman? I know what you mean but I still think it's little harsh on the lad to slam him for referring to a bar that "has not been called JSB for TWO YEARS" when said bar has a fucking huge sign above it calling it Jenny's Star Bar... and that is from just two days ago! If it's Soup's first visit then he won't have seen it with just the Engerland flag - maybe they've stuck the JSB sign back up again for retro reasons

Apparently bars were told within the past 24 hours that they are not allowed to sell alcohol from 6pm tomorrow night (25th) until Sunday. Pre-election is the reason (WTF?) I haven't heard about closure's tonight but Rossco appears to be throwing a damp cloth on my plans for a light ale this evening...

Why should I care? Because I dress as if of the Milanese catwalks, dispensing with Rococco frivolity yet maintaining an edge that sets me apart. And because I am a moody cunt. :D
