This is a true entrepreneurial approach I think that you are an entrepreneur also in other fields (larger than KAU) and KAU is just your toy, to secure your own harem . But a toy that, in any case, must make money. -

I don't think that a few $ saving can affect the choices of people spending thousands of $ for their holidays. The key of success is the quality of the crew. -

Currently at CIB there are at least 10 girls to be laid off. Not only they are unwatchable, but also they play against the younger newbies, who are forced to leave after a short time. I wish CIB to quickly return to the past glory.

We always look for quality, not for quantity. My feeling is that June has been much more interested in Lusty Ladies Bar than in CIB. I wish her to not repeat the Anaconda experience

With all my respect and based on a recent personal experience, lately CIB has lost most of the young gems and replaced them with aged ladyboys. In my opinion, lately Cindy's Bar by far has overtaken CIB.

It's a rule of thumb: in a few years they all change from fresh, natural beauties to monsters full of Silicone.

Apart from the "rugby players dressed up as alluring bar hostesses" who work in the most advertised bars by PY Forum, also in the other Pattaya's bars there hasn't been any rejuvenation: look at KAU, for instance. I think that currently Bangkok offers far better options, especially after some last additions from Cambodia. My 2 cents.
