The only thing that honestly makes a difference is their being able to afford hormones and makeup later on vs in their prime. The ones that can tend to look much better than the ones that don't obviously.

It sorta feels like the AIDS crisis except sped up.

They didn't seem to travel so would be interesting how they got it. Non symptomatic carrier?

https://www.nzherald.co.nz/nz/news/article.cfm?c_id=1&objectid=12354489 New Zealand relied on three types of measures to get rid of the virus: 1. Ongoing border controls to stop Covid-19 from entering the country 2. A lockdown and physical distancing to stop community transmission 3. Case-based controls using testing, contact tracing and quarantine. So how come other places can't do the same?

Lady this is a VIRUS. We have no cure. Our only way to contain it is to stop giving it to each other. Not that it will change her mind but she should read this: https://www.nytimes.com/2020/07/12/us/30-year-old-covid-party-death.html A 30-year-old man who believed the coronavirus was a hoax and attended a “Covid party” died after being infected with the virus, according to the chief medical officer at a Texas hospital. The official, Dr. Jane Appleby of Methodist Hospital in San Antonio, said the man died after deliberately attending a gathering with an infected person to test whether the coronavirus was real. In her statements to news organizations, Dr. Appleby said the man had told his nurse that he attended a Covid party. Just before he died, she said the patient told his nurse: “I think I made a mistake. I thought this was a hoax, but it’s not.” COVID is very real. I personally know 3 people who have died of it, 1 of it was a guy some of you might know if you met him in patts.. frequenter of lb scene but avoided forums like the plague named Mark.. 48 years old.. no pre existing conditions.. met him this february as my fav lb and his fav lb are friends so sometimes we'd get together. He was an investment banker. He's gone from COVID in less than a week. And obviously she's a lunatic who only cares about fanning the flames.

Are Thailand's COVID numbers too good to be true?
-
I would say no.. the only country that has impressed me so far with their management of Covid is New Zealand.

Don't get COVID in Texas.. This is the fate that awaits you:

When its 1 person doing stuff that's stupid, you call it stupid. When its a coordinated pushback of mass opposition to masks, social distancing and common sense measure.. you have to begin to wonder if its a genocide to cull the herd and provide more resources to the rich.

COVID is today's survival of the fittest (and average IQ in a lot of cases). Everyone likes to talk about how terrible Trump is but I find it way more revealing that we share the planet with so many stupid people and some of them are even board members.

While living in Issan the number of mosquitoes was 20 fold what it was in Pattaya. It has something to do with the ocean being nearby as mosquitoes like fresh water not salt water and there is no river nearby. Speaking of which there are actually more mosquitoes in Bangkok than in Pattaya even though the water of the Chao Phraya and the canals is really putrid. When I lived in patts for a few years 3 things that drove me nuts more than the open sewers were.. 1. heat during daytime (many a time thought I would have a heatstroke) 2. the traffic (saw many a drunk thai/ farang get into car accidents.. even saw 1 guy get decapitated in front of me by coming under the tires of a bus) 3. farang landlords (where do I begin) Dengue I didn't worry about as much after a few years. Issan I lived for 6 months and I gave up.. dengue was a big factor but the #1 deal breaker was I saw a farang have a accident and I tried to help him but translating instructions into thai for the sawang booriboon was an exercise in futility. I knew if I was going to stay in LOS I needed somewhere where atleast the doctors and nurses could speak enough english and me enough thai that we could communicate. Chances of that are a lot better in Bangkok/ Pattaya I'd imagine.

Patient, 30, said ‘I thought this was a hoax’ before dying after ‘COVID party:’ Texas doctor

This is the more entertaining version:

I always thought so myself too: Just kidding I managed to condense down to: Nikon D600 FX w/ 35mm f/1.8 FX & 85mm f/1.8 FX Nikon D7200 DX w/ 10-24. I tried 24-70 f/2.8 and 70-200 f/2.8 but they're too heavy. My last vacation last year I was surprised.. I took like 6000 shots on my phone and 2000 on my dslrs. My fav ladyboy took like 600 shots but like a 1000 videos.

I personally know of 3 people who have died and 5 who have gotten it. 1 of the 3 that passed away was a person in our ladyboy scene and simply wished to remain anonymous on forums. Met with him quite a few times as our favorite ladyboys were best friends. The virus is not a joke and to not be underestimated. Hell one of the 8 is the person who does my taxes every year.

OMG that's not even funny.. there are so many crazy people out there. I and my ladyboy met one.. and she still has a broken nose from that.. thankfully not a gunshot wound.
