Tuesday Night (26th Feb) After an enforced closure on monday it was good to get back into the fray. Or was it? First guy i saw at the bar didn't need to tell me his nationality! Ffs, this is ok in the bush, but on a night out?

Following on from last night's scandfest - i was talking to our good friend Huahin, from Norway, who told me scandies will be here in great numbers again at Easter, and again in the summer: June, July, August. Whilst this has always been the case, i'm mindful how important they are as customers, given the lack of traffic from the rest of Europe. So, i'm thinking of a Scandinavian Party night, with the girls wearing blue/yellow, red/white, and with some silly horned viking helmets, and some scandinavian style food. Whaddya think? Any ideas where i can get some (lightweight) horn helmets? Food shouldn't be a problem, as there are many swedish restaurants around. (And i quite like meatballs, lol).

The cabaret, who put on a particularly good show last night. Maybe because The Boss was in amongst it? Look at all those smiles - lovely!

Jen, who got on my tits last night, flitting from customer to customer getting ladydrinks, and when not getting a barfine, flitting off again. Finally, the last unattached male in the bar was yours truly, so she came on to me. She'll be getting a talking-to tonight, either from me or NingNong (who was barfined last night), or both.

Monday Night (18th Feb) My thanks to the Scandies who were the almost exclusive club in C & Ds last night. At one point i was the lone non-scandinavian amongst 7 swedes, 2 Danes, and 2 Norwegians ! To me they all sounded like the swedish chef out of The Muppet Show, lol. However, a good humoured and generous lot. And particular thanks to the 2 gentlemen (1 swede, 1 norwegian) who helped me remove the very very drunk russian who came in at about 2.30 to annoy and harrass the ladies. May & Patricia May Tangmo

One of my Stretcher bearer mates was telling Robbo (who was then Manager of Thailand) near the dugouts at OT what escapades I got up to in the LOS and told him I was the guy to see and talk too as I was known as Mr David to the girls over there.. I know he was also telling him about my liking of ladyboys because Robbo was looking over at me in "fits of laughter", its the only time Ive ever been embarrassed on this subject..

These two, towering over everyone, caused a sensation as they strode down Bangla !
