I'll try to answer your (very valid) questions one by one Rom 1) Will Lily serve as mamasan? No, a well experienced mamasan will be employed. 2) Staff? That's a part of Lily's responsibilities. So far 12 have signed up. 4 already in Pattaya, 3 currently employed in a factory in Chachoengsao and 5 will make their way from Cambodia. The photos and videos I have seen of the 8 girls not in Pattaya look very promising. She aims to have 20 girls on opening date, let's see... 3) Redeploying girls (or any other resources) from KrU: No, this bar will operate as a separate venue. Mainly because the partnership is different. 4) New faces: as per point 2, there will be girls new to the scene ( much needed in Pattaya IMO). Service staff, cashier, bartender and mamasan are not new to the bar scene but probably unknown to the average LB punter. 5) Mini cabaret? The bar isn't big enough for a cabaret show, but there'll likely be some kind of shows on busy nights.

Fingers crossed Pdoggg, fingers crossed... A lot, if not all, will depend on Lily's ability to adapt to her new role as 'bar boss' rather than 'bargirl'. Great players don't always make great managers, time will tell... It's a business venture between Lily and I. She'll be the face and manager of the bar whilst I will look after all the background stuff that's necessary to run a bar. Yes. Yes. As per above she'll be the face of the bar and the manager. She won't be barfinable as that's not the job of a bar manager, that should be left to the girls. What she does in her spare time is obviously up to her.

Scheduled opening date is December 1st, but if all goes to plan the soft opening will be around November 28th/29th. The licensing process is in motion and will be completed by Nov 20th at the latest. The reason for December 1st is that the lease change doesn't take effect until Nov 15th and some small renovations are needed prior to opening. I can't name the venue yet because the current owner is scared he will lose his staff if word gets out he sold the bar. I had to promise to remain discreet about it until the lease has changed hands. Here are some of the outside signs. These will be used for beer condoms, bar runner mats and inside signage.

In Hua Hin she can regularly be found after midnight in the bar/club of the Hilton Hotel ( I believe called HHBC), in Bangkok she often visits CIB & Lusty Lady as well as clubs like Sugar, Levels and Havana Social. Well, I can definitely personally guarantee that there are no virgins in KrU . As far as performance goes it will always be hit & miss, whether femboys or developed ladyboys, for the simple reason that it takes chemistry between 2 people for sex to be good. It always makes me smile to listen to guys who rave about every session they've had and claim to never ever have had a dud. That's impossible if you're a serial monger...

I fully agree Dan, that's why in my opinion it's imperative to have a few senior girls amongst the crew ( they also keep the newbies in check ). Here's a mix of the 'old' and the 'young' ( the oldest in this set is 33 year old Nan, the youngest is 19 year old Chrissy).

I'm not sure when that shoot took place, my guess is shortly after she returned to Pattaya when she was quite a bit overweight. I was a bit hesitant at the time to allow her back due to her weight but several girls pleaded her case so I gave in on the condition she'd lose 10kg within 3 months. She's now lost 5, so is halfway there. I remember the girl but do not remember her name. She was a great looker and terrific dancer yet didn't make it at KrU due to lack of discipline and fondness for the funny stuff. She left KrU after about 3 months for Surprise Yourself where she didn't succeed either. Those were some crazy nights you're referring to 555 ;) We get a fair amount of Korean, Japanese and Chinese customers through the doors. I'd estimate that at least 60% of our client base is Asian. I bought the bar shortly before Christmas 2016 and took it over on January 1st 2017. Before that it was owned by an American guy called Marc, he owns Spanky's in Nana Plaza. Our manager is a Thai lady (gg) called Saa. She's been the manager since the day the bar changed from a GG Gogo called Spanky's Pattaya to a LB bar on November 21st 2015. Lol, yes. When she started I asked 3 times just to be sure because I had never heard it either... I'll see what I can do over the coming weeks... In the meantime here are some pics from last night. We have a Mexican fiesta themed birthday party (mine) on the 30th of this month and some of the props arrived yesterday, naturally these had to be tried out straight away :)

We had 27 girls in the house last night, very much a mix of the new and the old. I did a count and came to the conclusion that the balance is slowly shifting towards the newbies: 15 out of the 27 girls started with us within the last 3 months, 17 are under 25 years old.

100% agree Hard, the key to success is the quantity and quality of the line-up. Other factors like a properly working aircon, decent music at a normal decibel level, cold beer and reasonably priced drinks also come into it ofcourse, but the main factor remains the line-up. The reason our drinks are substantially cheaper than other gogo's in the area is because we benefitted from 80% rent discount and substantially lower staff wages when we re-opened after Covid in June 2022. At the time we decided to pass these savings on to the customer. What we then found was that the low beer prices attract customers that we have not seen before and they often stay for a 2nd or 3d drink, possibly buying a ladydrink or two. Our rent + wages are now back to pre-covid levels and given all the price hikes/talk of raising VAT etc, I'm not sure for how much longer we'll be able to keep the prices on the low level they currently are. For now they'll remain unchanged though...

Yes, ofcourse. Everyone pays the barfine including myself, it makes it clear to everyone involved that it's a business transaction; nothing more, nothing less. Keeping it purely business simplifies everything for everyone and prevents emotional involvement. I see zero upside in getting emotionally involved with bargirls. It just creates drama, misery and heartache. Each to their own ofcourse... Besides all that, it's important to keep in mind that I'm running a business and not a charitable amusement park. Whilst it's a fun business, it's a business nonetheless, and requires strict enforcement of rules in order to keep the inmates from taking over the asylum. We had a loyalty card in the past but stopped it at some point because no-one ever reached the required amount of barfines to get 1 free. I prefer to shower my regular customers with free drinks . We have had requests like these and similar ones in the past but whilst it sounds fun it isn't do-able from a practicality perspective in the main bar area unless we lock the doors and do not let any other customers come inside. I am however considering to convert some of our upstairs space into a 'VIP Area' before the high season starts and that would allow for such entertaining extracurricular activities. I'm even considering putting a Glory Wall in there . Like I said, just considering it at the moment so nothing is sure yet... I believe Jimbo went with one or two from the Sweetheart's staff, but it certainly wasn't a regular occurence. Nothing to do with me though, I was fine as long as a barfine got paid... In the GG scene it's an absolute no-go to fuck the staff, it's a recipe for disaster. In the LB world it's a lot easier as long as the rules for both parties are made very clear from the outset: 1) it's only sex, not a declaration of love. 2) keep it business, so pay the barfine even in your own bar. 3) do not make promises you can't or are not willling to keep. 4) pay everybody the same amount of money regardless of the quality of the session. I have been with countless LB's from KrU and have never encountered any problems afterwards. I have not been with either Benz or Boyo as they are not my type, so I have 'outsourced' the QC . From what I've heard both are rather 'adventurous' in the sack, especially Benz who is also happy to go with other LB's and GG's. A few more pics of these 2...
