There seems to be that prevailing attitude just because all Thai's stick together we should as well , us against them if you will .
I take people as I find them if they are an idiot I will steer clear of them and they will get no allegiance from me , if they make trouble they are on their own
However if someone is a friend I will back them 100%
A ladyboy who has always been sweet to me I will be as sweet as possible back
Actually Lefty is 100% correct how you can say his attack is not racially motivated is beyond me .
The guy is a neo Nazi with links to most of the far right in Europe .
He attacked the Labour movement because along with his hate filled racism he imagines some Marxist plot to make a multi cultural Norway .
First on the agenda for Hitler was the organized Labour movement in Germany because he understood they were the only people with the power to stop him .
Now thats a shame , many's a good night was had there esp during happy hour .
And I'll miss the fish n chips night on a Friday .
Big Tel will be heartbroken
Hey Pad Thai Boy the check is in the post !!
I'm 42 but have been told I have the body of a 41 year old
No seriously I'm a bit of a fitness freak so I still got the moves (just about !)
I just try and copy these guys
Picture the scene .
Its about 4am at the 100 Club monthly allnighter .
I'm lucky enough to be in London for the weekend so of course I'm there wild horses wouldn't keep me away .
Then out of the blue amongst countless great tunes this monster comes on the sound system .
I've followed the northern soul scene since I was a kid (25+ years ) and I've never heard this played at any venue its that rare (only original pressings are played at soul nights )
Lets just say if you were lucky enough to own this track on the La Beat label the sort of money you would shell out to purchase it would keep you living in Thailand for a few months (even on brother Rossco's budget !)
Even though I was tired I took to the dance floor like a madman , spins backdrops and splits followed .
Almost a religious experience .
Another track that made me fall in love with the soul scene , just check out that cool James Bond style bass intro .....
It took me years to track this down and finally own a copy .
Some great artists there , Isleys , Ohio Players , Luther Ingram
One of the first soul records I bought when I was a young lad of about 16 , I still have it and still play it today and it sounds as good ....
