This board is getting more new daily bot memberships that get through the board's join screening than it is getting new daily content posts from proven BMs... Like barforth, I wonder what the bots' intention is. If it is to pass off as self-sustaining AI, it is not working because the bots never come back after their OP to further the topics they raise. We also do not see bots jumping into ongoing topics. My guess is that somewhere bots are being developed to read around the forums and assess content against their knowledge banks and then make a post accordingly and THEN someone human checks the post and its reactions to assess how the bot did as part of general AI development. Otherwise I see no gain from such reasonably articulate posts. If my hypothesis is correct, there would be a monitoring bot-master(s) lurking around the board who could conceivably post using the bots accounts but don't even bother. We may have had a recent case where it happened and the bot account came back with a second post after I questioned its humanity but afterwards we never heard back from that account. I also suspect bots are going around giving likes to old posts. Once in a while a BM who has not posted in ages gets like 30 likes in a day and is featured on the daily leaderboard. I doubt it was the BM giving votes to himself. It is a bot that for some reason is going through his posts and liking them... We also have the old-fashioned spam bots, often in Russian. But those seek only to direct you to rip off websites and have lately been curtailed (but not suppressed). What we need is more BMs and more ladyboy-related posts. Last time I looked (and it was a while ago) in the evil board, I also noticed such trends of less content generation and veteran BMs withdrawal, which may be due both to their cracking down on freethinking contributing BMs and to a general lessening of interest in what once felt like an exclusive secret world of ladyboy wonder sex that may now have become more trivialized as transgenderism is becoming more commonplace in most countries and mongering in Thailand is being diverted from the bars to online dating sites.
