Pdoggg
There was a nationwide power blackout Thursday night. In the USA that leads to looting but seems that things were orderly across Cambo. A power cut in Vietnam caused a blackout of nearly an hour across Cambodia on Thursday night, Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen said. The electricity had been cut off in Cambodia for nearly one hour from 10:00 p.m. to 10:50 p.m. "On behalf of the Cambodian government, I'd like to apologize for this inconvenience and affirm that the power cut is not the sign of any terrorist attack," Hun Sen said in a speech broadcast live on his Facebook page soon after the blackout. He said Cambodia had used 150 megawatts of electricity from Vietnam to light up in Phnom Penh City and other provinces. "When the electricity in Vietnam had been cut off, it caused power outages in Phnom Penh and other provinces," he said. According to the prime minister, more than 50 percent of the electricity had been restored in Phnom Penh and the technicians were working actively to reconnect the power in provinces. The blackout occurred when Cambodian people were enjoying the last night of the three-day Water Festival holiday. http://www.china.org.cn/world/Off_the_Wire/2015-11/27/content_37173481.htm

On a daily basis anything that isn't nailed down in Cambodia will walk away. So it was just another day in Cambo.
