This story interested me, it originally came from the Pattaya mail & I picked it up through another site... But hey, just look a the size of the fucking knife this little chick was carrying!

Anyway, I've posted a pracied version of the original post with my reply attached... Just wondered if any of you lads had any thoughts... It's getting to be a nasty world out there man! :girl_devil::ph34r::vava: :hair:

A 26-year-old bar worker died after being stabbed during a late-night fight on a baht bus over a customer.

Rattana Champasri, 26, suffered stab wounds to her chest and stomach in the 2:30 a.m. attack July 3 ????. Police quickly arrested Piyaporn Chinsiri, 27, who brought the injured woman to Pattaya Memorial Hospital covered in blood with the knife still in her hand.

Piyaporn Chinsiri points to the knife she allegedly used to kill Rattana Champasri.

Piyaporn reportedly told police the two had been working at the Hollywood disco and met a Japanese man in his mid-20s who had agreed to hire both of them for a short-time liaison. However, Piyaporn claimed that during the baht bus ride to the customer’s hotel Rattana tried to kick her out of the taxi. A fight ensued and, Piyaporn claimed, she used a knife in self defense.

Scared off, the Japanese customer fled the scene.

Piyaporn was taken into custody and charged with attempted murder.

My reply: I think it's an absolutely awful story... But nothing special... It's Pattaya & it's just about anywhere else in the world that has 'hoes' running all around all obver the place... And a lot of places that don't have 'hoes' too!

Scum carries blades & anything else it can get its hands on, it hits you when you’re not looking & it fights in packs... You've just got to get your heads around the fact that it’s a pretty little girl, if it was some skaggie geezer it wouldn't seem unusual... In that instance shagging the Jap would seem strange!?

Scared off, the Japanese customer fled the scene.

Smart move by the man from the Land of the Rising Sun.

Stoopid move by the stabber as now her life could be ruined and her friend (seems like they were friends) dead.

Incidents like this are a good reminder not to get in big fights over minor disagreements. Let's say a hooker demands an extra 1000 baht more than what was agreed and she has a wild look in her eyes.

It's easy for the customer to become indignant and not to give in to the bitch. But i view the 1000 baht as a cheap insurance policy. I know some will disagree and of course easier said than done when we get our dander up.

Know this is a different situ but yabba and knives are a bad mix.

Yeah, I've mentioned before on a thread where a few FM's were getting 'tough' up in the Gold/Silver lounge... It really just isn't worth it!

I've seen it go off so many times in Thailand & unfortunately for me I've been on the wrong end of it too a few times, it's most definitely not recommended!

Admittedly 90% of the time it's pretty tame & most of us will have seen a lot worse savagery dealt out in our own countries, but the scary thing here is the sheer speed at which can all go wrong!.. You get that flash of eyes or teeth & then 'SMACK'!!!.. It's instant! No warnings, nothing.. And please don't think you'll anticipate it, you almost certainly will not.

A lot of these kids are already rejects from not so nice places where a 'gangster' mentality often prevails & they now find themselves in hostile environments full of others like just like themselves too.

Anyone who carries a blade that that big is scared & that in itself makes someone even more inclined to be preemptive & therefore even more dangerous. They're immature, irresponsible, desperate for money & very much 'in the now', so they're not thinking of consiquences. Add to that the fact that much of the time they're pissed up, out of their heads on Yabba or both... So for fucks sake take it easy... Please. :hi:

Those switchblades are a dime a dozen in Pattaya...You can buy them on the street, at the Tuesday/Friday Market and even at TukCom...I'll confess I got a few of them...They make great (if illegal) gifts for the boys back home...A large switchblade like the one pictured cost maybe 250 bht...A small one about a 3rd that size costs maybe 120 bht...I would never walk around Pattaya with one in my pocket...But I always assume the other guy/gal/ladyboy has one and I mind my P's and Q's...
