It's an outdoor music festival held about once a month. 100 baht admission and beer is cheap as chips. Or you can buy a SangSom bottle which should attract a gaggle of ladyboys. Fun to go with a group of guys and ladyboys but have also been there just with the bros and you will probably find a willing partner.
