I heard about this one on the radio earlier (I listen to a stream of Pattaya 105 FM on my phone)

Barely a day goes by without a news story about someone being discovered naked, either dead like this guy or in a hotel room minus a lot of their valuables. Another commonality in these news stories is the CCTV in hotel reception was not working either.
