Except Thailand has 2 distinct demographics.. young thai's and elderly retiring farangs. Would elderly farangs that pass away really cause news headlines out of the ordinary? Seems to me the only headlines farangs get in Thailand anyways are when they jump out of buildings.

I surmise Morchit is to be avoided like the plague since it is a super spreading location.. at its daily peak 25000 travelers wait there for buses and from there COVID-19 has the potential to spread all over. The only positive if you can call it a positive is that Thailand does not have an aging population. So they will survive even if they get it, most likely with little or no symptoms but you can't assume the same for us farangs.
