This is 2 days later from my previous post and it looks like I found the love of my rest of the trip: a very attractive 25 yo GG, possibly the most attractive spinner in Subic and she wants to stay with me 24/7….

And some quoted me 5000 pesos, which is like 90 USD.  Seems in some bars they have to give some to the bar, in others they don't.   The GGs are also no longer required to wear bikinis, some do but most choose to wear vaguely sexy everyday clothes. And sadly most are older and chubby.  That’s just the way it is now and it will only get worse.

There are no more than 12 GG bars left in the Barrio Barreto highway stretch in Subic and I can think of at least 5 or 6 that used to rock with dozens of cute girls and are now closed.  And some of those 12 bars left have no more than 3 or 4 girls on duty.   I believe I still have the edge to score me a decent fuck, but the pickings are few and not so enticing and I have to be prepared to pay more than I do to the sissies.  The only upside is that not many foreigners bother to come here anymore, so there is not much competition in the bars that seem to be mostly frequented by local expats. It’s a vicious circle of less girls - less mongers until there will be no bars left.  Unlike in AC, the Koreans don't bother to come here and I haven't seen any.

As reported, after my first night out I came back alone, but 2 chubbies joined me in the morning. What do you like?  Like everyone when I was young I found my niche cult bands that were Madness and The Cure and I dressed like them through the late 70s and mid 80s.  That did not stop me from liking all kinds of music like ABBA and disco and Rolling Stones.  I always thought Prince was a genius.  I try to keep up with modern pop /EDM but let's face it the thrill is gone.  These days find myself listening to Frank Sinatra a lot.

PS -  In reading what BMs are posting I find it odd no one is mentioning the British Bands of our youth like Duran Duran, OMD, U-2, Culture Club, Spandau Ballet, ...   Surely I am not the only BM who remembers those bands...

It has been almost 2 weeks since my previous post and there have been some ups and downs to the trip.  Here is a summary with a dramatic ending:

Anyway, I don't know what comes next for me after this mood killer.  I got 4 more nights paid for here in Subic but now hesitate to bring any more sissies to the hotel.  Plus I am in a bit of a shock to even think about sex anytime soon...

As mentioned above I was in TH in October and visited all the 4+1 bars I shortlisted in this thread's OP plus some other bars in Pattaya and BKK, of which 1 was a revelation to me both because I did not know it existed and because I had a wild time there and barfined from there. 

The revelation bar was Nana Plaza's B-52 which was formerly called DC-10 one of the plaza's original GG bars that had become mixed GG-LDB some 7-8 years ago. I had not noticed any ladyboys there last year but now it's an all ladyboy bar with like 10 of them pre-ops and you are allowed to play with their schlongs (at least I was) à la Baby-Boom.  Not quite Romscars Bar of the Year material just yet, but definitely worth a visit.

A lesser revelation but that will become my "go back to" bar in Pattaya was Bon Bar in Soi Buakhao, but only because I am crazy about one of the sissies there (Anny) and it is my gateway to the identical twins.  But also not a Romscar Bar of the Year contender.

A word also of acknowledgment to the New 69 bar that happened to premiere while I was in Pattaya.  I was impressed with the afflux of punters but not so much with the staff.  It's like the old 69 bar a TOP 10 mention, but not TOP 5 let alone Bar of the Year.

A word of lament to Naklua's M&M that supposedly succeeded TJ's but seems to have become a ladyboyless ladyboy bar.  At least it was when I went there with a couple pals.  Hope Little Momma M makes a comeback.

Now let me give the updated assessment of the 4+1 contenders I mentioned:

The +1 in the 4+1 was NEP's True Obsession  which has the most ladyboys and the most feminine sexy ones of all the Thailand bars I visited in 2022-23.  Problem is that it's geared to Asian customers who like being pressured to buy lady drinks and showing they can afford it.  I don't and to me it feels like a rip-off joint so there is no Romscar chance for them.  The barfines are 1000 which for NEP is not expensive.

So let's get to the short list TOP 4:

While in Pattaya I went to KRUs two times, one of which was youngone's birthday so the place was packed both with ladyboys (upwards of 25 I counted) and farangs and it was evident it's the bar with most and best choice of ladyboys in Pattaya and hugely popular among the local sissy mongers.  I knew that already which is why I shortlisted it despite the fact that all other 5 or 6 times I went there in 2022-23 there were neither many ladyboys nor customers.  But I tend to go too early in the evening, which is also when the barfines are higher.

Delirious is the other go-to bar in Pattaya and all the PY VIPs love it there and I think go there to hang out with each other more than with the sissies and that's something to give Romscars credit for also.  I counted upwards of 20 sissies, which was impressive.  They lost Mona but have a few other interesting ones on staff.  And one night I also counted upwards of 20 punters, several of which sitting and drinking all night with Herbert the owner.  Delirious won 2022 Bar of the Year and if anything only got better this year, but they are facing stiffer competition.

Check In Bar won in 2021, runner up in 2022 and remains the default favorite with its great line-up and party vibe.  Unfortunately the one time I went there on this trip it was dead with not so many ladyboys and the ones that were there were in the front room looking at their phones.   They are endorsed by Dan Miller who is perhaps more objective and thorough than I am when it comes to comparing ladyboy bars.

Having said that, it is no secret that I like Cindy's Secret and am looking for an angle to give them the 2023 Bar of the Year award.  Mostly because I like Cindy herself who I first fucked when she was a teenager newcomer at Cascade circa 2006 and a few more times in the decade that followed.  I concede the bar is smallish and not frequented by many punters but it has what seems  like an exclusive motherload of Cambodjans and on this trip I barfined one who was exceptional lookswise and boomboomwise (pics in my TR!).  I hear Cindy is about to open a second Secrets in Pattaya.  Novelty and entrepreneurship being factors in me picking Bar of the Year, If she does open the Pattaya branch still in 2023, it will be 2 bars in 2 years for Cindy and the Bar of the Year will go her way. If she does not, Dan Miller will pick...

Very observant of you PG.  I bought the ripped jeans ensemble for Pepsi on our first night as a gift to her so she could have kept it.  But after our second night she forgot it in the room and then never came back.  I offered to gift it to Pixie if she wore outside to Phillies but she was too shy.  So I still have it and may feature it again this trip.  As far as having multiple sissies in uniforms I used to.  Sailormoon uniforms.  Many such pics were posted at PY of my entourage in sailormoon uniforms partying in AC.

Hi Z.  Regarding this "Non-TR"/"snapshots" as I called it, it is turning out to be one of my most TR-like TRs ever.  While in Thailand I posted a daily chronology and gave continuity to the narrative rather than the stand-alone "snapshots" style of my previous Non-TR with which I had intended to merge this one.  Instead, I might ask Pdoggg to change the title and it will stand as a regular TR.

As regards my "assessment of AC", it's similar to my grumpy assessments of Pattaya, BKK, Manila : still great fun places to get laid with multiple partners on the cheap BUT LESS choice and quality each time I come back.  In the case of AC this is evident with the fast shrinking numbers of GGs and go-go bars aggravated by the fact that the Koreans now outnumber and outspend the westerners and they grab all the cutest ones.  I would add that I have nothing but respect for the Koreans who are buying all the Walking Streets bars and hotels one-by-one and then PERSONALLY stand at the door greeting and inviting all mongers in and they are so polite to me when they see me with all the ladyboys in tow I feel bad not going into their bars.
