JustSumGai Posted December 18, 2021 Share Posted December 18, 2021 The first thing *I* noticed was that the pavement, curbing and sidewalk surfaces all look trashed ages ago. IF they thought it was re-opening full tilt (and not being all re-purposed) I'd think at least redo ALL that crumbling, patched crappy public thoroughfare. lord knows there has been ample time.
