If this is the same group planning to open on Soi Cowboy, it may give more credence to the on-going rumors that NEP will be demolished. So is it inevitable that Nana Plaza gets torn down? There has gotta be enough legal and illegal baht floating around NEP to pay off someone...Or maybe the Arabs will expand their area...
