PATTAYA – December 17, 2013 [PDN]; at 5.00 a.m. Mr. Chakan Ari-uea, aged 26, address 67 Moo 6 Tambon Nong Ban Tai, Amphur Sri Boonrueang, Nong Bua Lamphu province went to notify with Pol. Capt. Suphan Sophee (Investigation officer of Pattaya city police station, Chonburi province) he told the police that he had been drugged and his property had been stolen at a pattaya resort which he couldn’t remember its name but he could remember that nearby that area. The thief all his property that consisted of 1 ATM card, 3 gold rings totally weight 1 THB, 2 gold bracelets worth 1 THB each, 1 Samsung mobile phone, cash 13,000 THB, 1 wrist watch, the overall missing property worth more than 80,000 THB. Mr. Chakan Ari-uea (the victim ladyboy) who was semiconscious said that on the night of December 16, 2013 he went to eat with his friends at the northeastern pub which was located on Pechtrakul road, north Pattaya and while he was sitting in the pub a good looking man, aged approximately 25-30, came over with 6 friends which looked like gay men. One of them came to befriend him and he and his friends sat at the table beside Mr. Chakan’s group. After they finished eating then Mr. Chakan persuaded him to have sex with him and the man let Mr. Chakan sit behind him on his motorbike until arrived at the room in a resort.
