SiamSam
When I want to send a message to another BM I notice I have the option to send them a message (PM?) or to email them. What is the difference, if any? Quote Link to comment
Katoeylover
I guess when we registered we left an email address. the message would then go that email address. If i am at work for instance it is more likely i would check emails than log into the forum, so i would get it quicker. Quote Link to comment

DownLoLarry
My internet was down yesterday so hence the late response. First off, so we're all on the same page here, we're talking about the Forum messages and not the Inbox of the main website, right? Sam, When talking about emailing, do you mean the little mail icon which sends a PM? Generally PMs aka Personal Converstaions get sent to your Messenger and then a notification is sent to the email addy that u registered with. If u don't want those emails you can go to Settings and Notifications and fine tune it the way u want. Quote Link to comment
SiamSam
If I click your avatar your info page comes up. Under your avatar there is "Send me a message". This I assume is a PM. Then on the bottom of that page there is a section called: CONTACT INFORMATION Email: "Click here to email me" What is the difference between the two? Quote Link to comment
