The answer is Sirius, also known as Alpha Canis Majoris or the Dog Star. 8.611 light years from Earth. 

I'm not 100% certain as I usually see skies from the Northern hemisphere, but this is a pic of sky over Pattaya tonight.

The bright object above the Moon should be Venus, and the dimmer one below should be Sirius.

You are correct PG. It was the Californian Zwicky Transient Facility that first detected it last March. It may not be seen for at least another 50,000 years, or maybe never as some astrophysicists believe it may disappear into the outer reaches of space.

I know many lbs use meth for different reasons including weight loss.

But this is different, they are now using these injections for weight loss which is better I guess.

I was talking to an lb last night who was considering injections to lose muscle on her arms. She is already slim, and doesn't have any noticeable muscle on her arms.

I think it's more of a sales pitch. It's from a company which promotes lipotropic injections, https://www.milleniumphysicians.com and they do have a disclaimer at the bottom of page.

There are lots of companies promoting these injections if you google lipotropic injections. They seem to cost quite a lot in the US at $25-35+ per shot. Obviously cheaper in Asia.

I would have thought that the amount of alcohol they have to drink in the course of their bar work would lead to weight gain and liver problems.
