I have been watching his vids for a little while now and noticed that all the cheap places to rent that he vlogs about are all quite out of the way and geared  for people with a motorbike like himself as he says that he his only true cost extravagance, so transportation costs from moto taxis will soon add up for those without, unless you  choose to travel all the way to Thailand and  live a hermit existence

Even cheaper is the Family Mart on Soi 15 between the Hideaway and Avenue Mall. No TV nor annoying bargirls but 3 big tables in the parking lot. There is a feeling of spaciousness.

Katsiree( the  one near Lk metro) is definitely cheap but  they could really tone down the brightness of the lighting in there, the other one further down Bukhao is much better

Years ago the end of soi near 3rd Road had karoakes that catered to Thai ladyboys who wanted to get fucked by a cute Thai guy.

But a mate of mine who is in the know said that here is one particular karoake that caters to ladyboys who want to get fucked by a Thai guy

And by all accounts they pay alot of baht to do so  even the 'mandrinks' are total extortion

there had been a 10 baht differential between large and small and I couldn't really tell the difference so I'd order small.

Then they raise the price only on the small and it was only a 5 baht differential.

Now they raised the price on the large so it's back to a 10 baht differential.

40 baht for small. 50 baht for somewhat larger.

You can also get a plate of rice for 10 baht. The yellow tasty enough to eat alone.

I think best to go early because not really great for chicken and rice to be out there in the big pot.  

Ya, that is a great place, I  have seen you there a few times in the past while flying by on baht bus

I actually like the bite of Chang but I drink Sangsom with orange juice quite a bit because I get tired of the lack of flavour of  Thai beer fairly quickly

I saw a Thai  vlogger vid about the place and he spent the entire vlog just trying to find the place, apparently the stairs /escalator to 4th floor not easy to find or maybe he is just a total numpty

While 45 baht is a decnt price, I do miss drinking San Mig Lite as a local beer for 50 pisos at some happy hours.

Greg aka Twitchy actually did a phone interview with him on one of his vlogs a little while back, pretty interesting stuff considering it was the biggest monger hater interviewing the most open monger out there, funny as it was quite civil and they seemed  to have somewhat of  a mutual respect for each other
