It also makes me wonder if the ccbill link on the website still works. In the source code for the page it's linked to account number 924443 if you want to dig that route or contact the credit card company. You'll have to pay for 1 month, call CCbill and say "Hey it says I was charged by CCBILL 924443. What is that?" And then ask what company, if they have contact information. Feign curiosity. Use social engineering to get as much info as you can about the new company. You can proceed to dig. I can find literally anyone on this Earth.

Edit: I kinda had fun getting into it. The Jersey registered company was a shell, organized by a few fraudsters on that island. He organized through Panda Hosting Limited (pandahosting.com), Chickasa Limited (chickasa.com), Memberdoorway (memberdoorway.com), etc. Fairly sophisticated. I like this guy. Intelligent -or a smart person stole his company from him. Either way it's a dead site. He's either dead, company was stolen, or he moved on to new hobbies/work.
Edit: After switching various payment vendors (Zombaio, etc), he started accepting Bitcoin in 2014. If enough legacy customers paid in that, he definitely could have retired. There is a possibility that OP is the owner and is just testing his own OpSec. If it is you, let me know. I'd work for you.
