Over the years I have paid for three boob jobs. But I don't like silicon tits, and it was done in two cases to please ladyboys who I cared about, and in the third case because the possibility of an army draft was looming and you can get out of that only by showing disability or extreme effeminacy. 

I like a sweet little ladyboy chest, and if she takes hormones in moderation they can have a perky effect on the nipples. But silicon, no, it does nothing for me at all. Invited by one ladyboy brandishing a new set of Bristols, of which she was proud, I could feel underneath where the sacs rested against the rib cage. I went cold.

Another ladyboy arrived at my place with only one tit. The other one had developed a leak - potentially fatal - and the doctor had whipped it off. She lay on the bed with this solitary boob, and I wished she hadn't bothered to turn up because the sight of it made me impotent. 

A single-boobed tranny...
