es BBgrunt,  the picture I put in below from Adam Judds shots brought up a memory far back when I was first in Pattaya in 1981 on my way through to Australia from Wales. It kind of reminded me of the sand type dirt track which walking street went into once you walked past the iconic tree that is outside what used to be the Saloon Bar Pizza next door these days is the Linda Bar. I have wonderful memories of all my trips to Pattaya and have observed it's growth over all those years and looking at the pic below it's like it's reverting back to those long gone years once again.

sure, you beat me by 3 years. Walking St. '84 i remember being in a small beer bar complex somewhere along walking street, having a drink when a girl came walking down the street alone. All the Bar staff ran to the front saying 'Ladyboy coming!' i didn't have a clue what they were talking about.

  2. indeed Tel. We see it every day and it's getting worse day after day.

Totally a man-made disaster. No doubt Pattaya will survive but unless things change quickly and Thailand is opened up again, you won't be coming back to the same place that you once knew. Perhaps a lesser, smaller version if we are lucky.

You should get out more ! 5555

indeed Quinn... only in Wales could that be considered well dressed! but why do my glasses have different size lenses?

Pink jacket?! They will be wearing pink ties next!

we did consider buying a pink tie when Annat announced that he would be wearing one at his meet and greet, i even went looking for them. but in the end didn't bother because i really wouldn't have a clue how to tie them anymore, and couldn't find any of those with the elastic neck strap thingy. also we were worried that people might think we are Welsh or very accident prone.....

  4. it seems to me that everyone who saw the 2 girls last night were somewhat impressed ! Emmy too was very complementary. I know that you are out and about doing something tonight S.P...... cancel it! bring them back to Emmy's instead!

  5. well Woodie, i'd be the first to admit that i'm no LB expert and it's all down to personal preferences i guess, but i would put Nam in the 'one of the most attractive i have ever seen' category. very very passable, in fact i had to ask Nosher if she is actually a LB.

Lily? no, i've not told her yet, but will do when i pop down to my dungeon to feed her later.

  6. I had the pleasure of seeing both Nam and Nut twice yesterday, once on Soi Zaza and later at Emmy's bar. Both of them are actually more  gorgeous in real life than in the photo's. I want to build Nam a house. You got any land spare S.P?

  7. I take it on the evidence of this photo that any falang going to Katty Bar ends up with a red face?.Would that be as result of too much drink, or embarrassment?.

well, you don't win a prize unless you get the famous Soi 4 ghostly yellow finger floating over your head.

  8. I read a piece yesterday how devastating the consequences of lockdowns will be in the future. Poverty, unemployment, other diseases, mental issues etc. The covid casualties will be peanuts compared to whats coming unless we do something now, i e open up societies.

exactly Seven. It won't be long before the 'hiding in the room' mob start Lynching anyone who happens to sneeze or give a slight cough.

  9. indeed big Trev, take it easy yer daft old bugger..  It's a good job that you [can i say this?] have a bit of extra padding or it could have been worse.

i recall reading that your plans for cricket this year [wake up everybody!]  were a little uncertain, i guess they are out of the window totally now? You never know, the doctors might okay it, after all it's the only game where half the team can sleep in the bunkhouse for 3 days whilst most of the other team are sleeping standing up on the field.

take it easy Trev, i sometimes think that you need taking in hand. Not by me i hasten to say. But, i'll have a word with Linping if you want.

Yes. I do. Apart from the ones you mentioned, all other buttons are there to confuse the user. Can't have viewers knowing more than the smart-arse tech people. I think I'm getting old and crabby like BBG.

crabby? moi?  not really just a technophobe. i recall in England years back a simple remote tv controller was sold, only had the main buttons, nice and big , and that was it. nobody bought them. . i'm pretty sure that tech companies deliberately make things confusing so that buyers can impress their mates.. as for my new camera... forget it! back in the box where it will stay. It's not a camera it's a mini computer.  Way too many options [yes i know it can just be set on full auto]  so why the fuck isn't it just a full auto without menu's,  why all the soddin' flashing lights in the screen thingy? non of which i will ever remember what they mean. even on full auto it flashes away like a soddin' kaleidoscope. Way too scary for me.

long ago i decided that when i retire  i would live a very simple life, which includes... if at first i don't understand or don't want to learn... then oik it in the bin. I've mastered the kettle, mastered the lift buttons, mastered how to open packets of fags.... that does me nicely. Thank god for ring-pull cans. Thai women food sellers who lob food into plastic bags and then wrap an impossible to undo rubber band around the neck of the bag are the spawn of the devil.

And don't talk to me about mobile phones!

Still waiting for some bbg pics from your new camera - have you worked out how to use it yet?

And less of the 'old girl'. Sunny is 22.

indeed no. it's not a new one. it's an older Nikon. point and press, but loads of scary knobs bells and whistles to master.. i've just about sorted the electric kettle out though. Much easier since i realised it has a lid and i don't have to pour water into it through the spout. i knew i should have read the instruction book.

actually i thought sunny was 21 now.
