  1. In Thailand just about every bar worker has an ID card.

This is not so in Cambodia.

I would say that about a third have IDs.

This is due to the poor administrative infrastructure of the country.

If you have a hotel that closely checks IDs, it's not a big deal if a lady borrows and ID from another lady her same age.

But it can be problematic with ladyboys trying to use a lady's iD.

If bringing guests to your room is your most important concern then I recommend Sundance.

You can either enter through the noisy non-hostess bar downstairs or through a private side door.

    No ID check.

    No lift, steep stairs.

Has a pool, but by no means a lap pool, barely swimable.

    Friendly owner. Cheery rooms.

On Street 172 with lots of good farang restaurants.

Although it's an easy walk to the bars on Street 51 and Street 136, it is a dark deserted walk at 2AM.  Of course you can always take a tuk tuk.

Lots of pros and cons to this joint but if making sure that your ladyboy can get to into your room is your number 1 priority, this is a good choice.

If you book this hotel through Agoda, please do it by way of Asia Hotel and Travel. Thanks!  :hi:

A Russian fashion model has been arrested for allegedly beating and online stalking his former Thai girlfriend.

But Ivan Lomakin, 29, denied the charge, saying he would never harm Stasha Dansitthitecho-udom because, he said, he loves her dearly.

Lomakin was arrested at the Suvarnabhumi International Airport at 3 am Thursday while he was about to return to Russia. He said he wanted to visit his ill father and did not plan to flee.

Phra Khanong police took Lomakin to custody Thursday evening.

Stasha, a nude model and singer, filed a complaint with the Phra Khanong on June 9 last year, alleging that her ex-boyfriend beat her with a dumbbell and he tried to force 40 pills of sleeping pills into her mouth and also tried to hurl her down a condominium. She claimed that a security officer came to her rescue.

Stasha also alleged that Lomakin stalked her online and posted messages and comments that embarrassed her.

But Lomakin told police through his lawyer, Buawarong Sapkingsan, that the story was otherwise.

He said Stasha had a quarrel with him out of her jealousy so he left the room. He said when he came back to the room, he found her lying on the bed with sleeping pills around her. Lomakin said he rushed downstairs to seek help from security officers.

Lomakin said he would like to send a message to his former girlfriend that he loved her and had never thought about harming her. He was planning to marry her but the two broke up first.

But Stasha told reporters that she would never agree to an out-of-court settlement with the Russian model. She would seek legal actions against him to the full extent.

A 21 year old Go-Go Bar worker complained to officers at Pattaya Police Station on Thursday Night after he was detained and accused of possessing drugs by 6 men who claimed to be Police Officers and who later stole 40,000 Baht’s worth of cash and valuables from his apartment.

Khun Wirapon told Police Investigators that he works for a Bar in Soi Sunee Plaza in South Pattaya and as he waited for his sister in the street, he claimed to have been approached by three men who claimed to be Police and stated they were told by an informant that he was in possession of illegal drugs, a claim that Khun Wirapon denied.

The three men, thought to be aged in their thirties, were soon joined by three more men, who escorted Khun Wirapon to his room where they insisted on conducting a search. They forced the bar worker to open a room safe where they claimed to have found drugs, which the victim believes were planted there by the men.

At this point the men demanded 5,000 Baht to clear the case and at the same time they stole mobile phones and other items worth an estimated 40,000 Baht from the apartment.

Eventually the victim’s sister arrived with the money and the so-called Police Officers disappeared.

The real Police are now investigating and hope to catch the 6 men soon before they strike again.

Eleven passengers and crew members of a THAI’s flight from Narita to Bangkok were injured when the plane encountered air turbulence mid-air on Thursday.

All the injured have been sent to a hospital in Bangkok for medical treatment after the plane landed safely at Suvarnabhumi international airport Thursday afternoon.

Thai Airways International’s president Mr Jarumporn Chotikasathien said that the Airbus A340-600 left Narita international airport at 10.36 am bound for Bangkok with 227 passengers and 22 crew members.

As the plane was cruising at an altitude of 21,000 feet, he said there was an air turbulence causing injuries to 11 passengers and crews.

Mr Jaruporn said the airline apologised the passengers for the incident and would take care of all the medical bills of the injured passengers and crew members.

He later paid a visit to the injured.

  5. We live in THIS universe, pdogg.

Yes we do.  We live in this universe; this reality.

And if I were to go for a colonoscopy, I would sure be a fool to go to an astrologer instead of a proctologist.

I know this is a bit of an off topic thread phuck but it would be kind of boring if we just all agreed that it is silly to waste taxpayer's money on the fusion of astrology and medicine.

So do you believe that the universe always was and always will be?

If so, if the universe is infinite time-wise does this mean that every possibility will actually occur at some point or can time be infinite with some things never happening?

  6. Would you all agree that the universe always was and always will be?

Even if our solar system and galaxy gets wiped out.

IF that is true, if the universe in infinite time wise, then wouldn't it also be true that everything happens at least once.  Maybe farting twice instead of once before you shave?  Or eating an 11 ounce steak on Moday instead of a 12 ounce steak on Monday?  Or where Ghandi is bad and Hitler is good? Or maybe a reality where everyone has a 12 inch cock?  Or where astrology can be used to cure people?

  7. Prayer works.  Even if for the wrong reasons.

I wonder if religious people are happier than atheists?

    Opiates can be fun!

I would think that education is the enemy of religion.

Maybe we need some new modern "religions" that are not based on "the man in the sky".

Infinity would be a good name if I were to start one.

  8. There's much to be said for "alternative medicine".

Modern Western Medicine is great for curing serious diseases but perhaps some new approaches to wellness might be beneficial.

Organizations such as the AMA have a vested interest in the status quo.

Is there any great downside to scheduling elective surgery on a day that the stars are aligned for you and your Doc?

Nancy Reagen supposedly tried to modify Ronnie's schedule based on astrology.

What was considered good medicine centuries ago has now been debunked; bleeding a patient for example.

So the future could yield some surprising discoveries.

    Just saying.

Here's a doctor who who practices in another galaxy:

  9. I guess they mean either Tiffany or Alcazar.

Following two cases of theft on Walking Street, South Pattaya on Thursday Night, involving an Indian and Russian, Pattaya Police in conjunction with the Tourist Police, arrested two suspects on Sunday afternoon.

A press conference at Pattaya Police Station confirmed the arrest of Khun Chayarat ages 24 and Khun Ittipon ages 21, who both work at a well-known Cabaret Show Theatre in North Pattaya.

Both are accused of conducting two separate necklace snatches from an Indian and a Russian on Walking Street, within the space of less than 2 minutes, on Thursday Night.

Investigations assisted by the victims, identified the suspected thieves which led to the issuance of an arrest warrant, number 76-77/2558 dated 21st February 2015 and issued by the Pattaya Provincial Court.

Both were arrested on Sunday outside of a bar on the Pratmanuk Road in South Pattaya and were taken to Pattaya Police Station where they denied the allegations. Police revealed that the pair were also wanted in connection with a similar incident from 1st February and they were known to have fled to Udon Thani in the North-East of Thailand for some time before returning to Pattaya where it is thought they re-offended.

One thing I noticed is that I had to talk to 2 or 3 different customer service people to find one that could actually see the flights I ended up on. One would tell me "nothing available", then calling back an hour later the next would find availability. I think part of it was the way they searched the Alaska/Cathay system. If they took the lazy route that most of them apparently did, they would just look for "BKK TO SEA" and not look for the hard leg first (HGK to SFO or LAX or YVR) and then put the rest of the pieces together. The only success I finally had was always when the agent would check only for the hard leg first.

My experience is mostly with United in the days when they had a crappy webiste.  The new website, Continental's old site is actually quite good.

Identify the toughest leg and if speaking to a Rep just say you are looking for that leg.

And I would suggest specific partner flights that I found on StarAlliance.com.

But now on the United/Continental website I can do all the legwork myself though for a really complicated flight plan a phone rep might have to make the actual booking but I've already found all the individual pieces of the puzzle.

  11. I think she looks great, tall, slim, sillycone free and a fresh young face,     :hot:

But I'm sure other guys like different types.

If we all liked the same, life would be boring.

  12. is Nancy in any of those pics?

Not sure but the ladyboy on left in the first group pic is a stunner if the slim look turns you on.  Think her name is something like Marina.

As a result, she decided to leave him and she collected her belongings ,she then went to talk to him and they started arguing again and he shot himself in the head. Plus, he has always said that he would committed suicide if the girl leaves him.

On Saturday night plain clothes officers from Thonglor Police Station raided the S22 Massage & Spa located in “Honey Plaza” on Sukhumvit Soi 22 following a tip-off alleging their were minors available on the premises being offered to paying customers for sexual services.

32-year-old Sukrit Kittipadung was taken into custody after admitting he was in charge of the business and now faces multiple vice related charges including sexual solicitation, procuring minors under the age of 18 and human trafficking related to child prostitution.

The sting operation was given the green light by newly-appointed Thonglor superintendent Pol Col Khajohnpong Jitpakpoom.

An undercover officer called the S22 Massage Parlour and arranged sexual services with Sukrit who quoted prices of 3,000 baht per hour per girl.

At the appointed time officer Praphun visited the Honey Plaza nuru massage shop and paid the 6,000b fee in cash and was taken by Sukrit himself to a room on the second floor where the two girls were brought to him.

Once he witnessed sexual solicitation, officer Praphun identified himself as a policeman working undercover and put everyone under arrest before calling in the back up team who were on standby in the area.

A total of 12 girls were taken from the parlour in an operation that lasted over two hours. Of the 12 taken away nine were under the age of 18. Cash, condoms, massage oil and a timer clock were seized as evidence.

In his statement Sukrit told police he used the internet to entice young girls willing to work as prostitutes who were paid 1,000 baht per customer. The parlour took a 500 baht baht fee and as manager he would earn between 500 to 1000 baht from each of the eight or nine customers who visited and paid for services each day.
