no offence randiuno. 2. i always find the word whores distasteful. many are sweet nice girls , some are nut jobs and some in between. some are professional courtesans, speak many languages ,spend hours in the gym , dress immaculately, have the best manners you could take them home to mother.     but it is a job as any other. i have known lawyers and investment people and share market traders, online traders  with less ethics and scruples. just an observation. and what are we ? we enjoy the service but then run them down. again no offence just an observation.

I apologize for using the word "whores".  I have been accused of not using emoji's in my messages and expecting people to understand my meaning. There was some facetiousness in the use of the word in the post, meaning...most people think of the girls as just wh****.  Anyway, please accept my apologies and I have edited the post to say "SWers" which is the preferred moniker most of my SWer friends prefer to use, when they aren't being snarky with each other or about each other.

  2. Great post.

Since I'm a die hard fan of all things Philippines, my vote would have to go with Stealth. A cursory review of the Philippines section (which he moderated for a while) shows not only that he was superstar in meeting and shagging hot ladyboys, but he was willing to share all his techniques for bagging his limit everytime he dropped his line in the water.

Of course, PDogg, and Bubblebee get my secondary votes...They get secondary votes only because they don't give us the gory details of all their ladyboy adventures...probably because they are living it 24/7/365.

I have been catching up on forums after a few years and saw a couple of the girls that I always wanted to meet had died at a young age recently. Should there be (or already is?) somewhere that commemorates bargirls that have passed on? I'm of two minds on this, of course. I think it would be nice for them to be remembered. It would prevent people asking where their favorite 'movie star' is and dredging up bad feelings. On the other hand, maybe the nature of the work should be swept under the rug posthumously. Just a shower thought I had today.

I believe the Bob's TGirls website had a section to commemorate the porn star girls who have passed on. Actually, I think it's a good idea. Personally, few things sadder than seeing some hungry monger posting a picture of a deceased girl, and asking her whereabouts.  Yes, they are sex workers, but once they pass on, it is proper to acknowlege their service on a site like this, and also cueing others to the fact that they are no longer with us.

Good topic especially since we are approaching the Transgender Day of Remembrance(Nov 20) here in the USA.

  4. Good Topic and good posts all around.

I think I would love a tourist free Thailand/Cambodia. My favorite memory of traveling in the region was 4 days I spend on Koh Rong Island in Cambodia back in 2011, and spending all day on 4K Beach, and no other persons were there except me and my ladyboy traveling companion.  I have watched a few VLoggers videos on the lslands during pandemic, and to me, a beach with no people (as long as I could get a meal), would be awesome.

I follow the news with sadness seeing how numbers are on the rise basically everywhere, not  least the US. I hope we can turn this around together.

Let's hope for the best, and God willing we can be chasing ladyboys in Thailand again soon!

Fuck, transmission is rocketing in Europe. Italy, Austria, Germany, France, everywhere except here.

And they are hardcore face maskers, and the winter is coming up.

    @Seven

Here's an interesting ariticle about Sweden's approach.

    https://www.straitstimes.com/world/europe/sweden-sticks-to-its-guns-as-coronavirus-cases-rise

What I thought was interesting was the fact that 80% of Swedes had modified their behavior without official orders limiting/closing facilities, and the wonderful statement "There's nothing that forces you, but Swedes are like that you know, they follow (rules)."

So Seven, my hypothesis, is that countries like Sweden may have a strong social/cultural identification that everyone is really on same team; and when people are told "Hey, it helps if you wear a mask when indoors or near others",  then people voluntarily do what is necessary for public health without strong orders/lockdowns.

But, I'm humble enough to admit I could be wrong.

Anyway, we are back to over 1000 dead in USA everyday, and we have a large number of people who believe that wearing masks is part of some totalitarian/socialist conspiracy to deprive them of their freedom, so if things continue the way they are going, we could easily have another 100K Americans dead by Jan 2021.  On top of that we have a very large number of people who I would characterize as "Covid Death Denialists", who articulate (I guess they actually believe it), that the number of people dying from Covid19 is vastly overstated.

There is another app I discovered, InDriver, which has both cars and motobikes.   What makes this app unique is that you set the price which can be accepted or rejected.  But the Bolt prices are so low, that I would feel uncomfortable offering something lower than Bolt, even for a motobike.  If Bolt didn't exist I'd give InDriver a shot since Grab is a bit rich for my 500 baht a day expat budget.  Perhaps InDriver might be useful for guys who are willing to pay more than the going rate if they need a car at a peak time.

Note, the pricing/value of Bolt, Grab, and InDriver might vary quite a bit by country/city.

    Pdoggg,

You have given people  like me on this site so much useful and helpful for info. It has been a goldmine of tips, tools and tricks for navigating Southeast Asia and the world of ladyboys.  Whenever an acquaintance mentions an interest in Thailand and ladyboys, I always direct them to your site for information and tips.

I will always remember the sage advice you and bumblebee, and others gave me on my first trip to Asia a few years ago.

Just thought I would give you some props for all you do here.

I live in Bangkok but thanks anyway.

Good for you. I would think about living there, but I love my children and parents too much to move over seas, and I have a great life here in the States.

    Enjoy your life.

  9. Yeah, i guess I'm a cheap charlie...or maybe just enjoyed the feeling of being on the back of a moped or riding with the locals on a baht bus. as opposed to what I ride in in the states

One of the most enjoyable things I ever did was taking a back of the moped food tour through HCM city in Saigon with my daughter on my last trip.

Sheesh, some people can't take a joke.

So, the solution in your opinion is stricter and longer lockdowns?

It was a simple question?  Is your life worth the inconvenience of 12 months of lockdown?  According the Worldometer Vietnam has 35 deaths (Population 97 million), Cuba has 123 deaths (Population 12 million), and where the disease first started China 4,634 (Pop. 1.4 billion or death rate of 11 per million).

Anyway, this is what Walking Street District 1 in Saigon looks like now.  , They locked down for 4 months, few deaths and life back to normal EXCEPT no stupid tourists since we would bring the disease in.

  11. Freedom in America...I guess its time to hit South Beach again....Not

Actually, since I'm procrastinating on drafting a document due tomorrow morning, I will take a moment to write something here that I have been thinking about that has been made clear by the responses of various national governments to the coronavirus.

The issue that has arisen for me is the concept of "value of life".  In my line of work, I deal with this issue on occassion when someone dies, and I have to convince an insurance carrier as to value of the deceased to those who remained.  Typically, an insurance carrier will deem the life of a doctor or lawyer as more valuable than a truck driver or construction worker as evidenced by the fact that the doctor or lawyer during his/her lifetime would have provided more income/support to his/her heirs.  Therefore, you will find that if you represent a doctor's heir in a wrongful death lawsuit you may get an award of 10 times or more of the award if you are representing a construction worker's heirs.

Coronavirus in the US has been politicized around the concept of freedom to choose (whether to wear a mask, or how many people to allow in my store, or whether to congregate with more than 10 people indoors) vs mandatory public health orders.  It has dawned on me that basically, many people view their personal freedom to make a choice whether to take proactive and prophylactic safety measures for them is more valuable than another person's life.  In short, they are saying, my right to refuse to wear a mask is more valuable than your right to life.  Governments that allow people to make this choice are making the same value judgment.

I have often said that many successful socialist governments (admittedly most aren't) that threw off colonial oppression act consistent with really loving and caring for their populations even if they make certain misteps. This can readily be seen in the responses to the coronavirus by Vietnam, China, and Cuba.  Although we in the west decry these countries lack of "freedom", they have demonstrated that they value "life" above all in how they have reacted to the coronavirus.  These countries could have simply followed a herd immunity strategy, and kept all their economic activity going. (I think of Cuba which is totally dependent on a tourist economy, yet they have allowed no flights in or out since April 2). However, they didn't. They were willing to sacrifice all economic profit/gain for a season, in an effort to save lives. AND THEY DID.

Anyway, I know I will get alot of push back on this from my freedom loving friends, but the question I have to ask is this: Is my life worth 12 months of quarantine? How about yours?

I have no wish to wade into the Covid debate, but I'm curious - When do guys expect to travel to Thailand again? Earliest possible dates..

I'm picking Sept-October next year (I'd love to say July but I think that's too optimistic). What's yours?

Well, I'm carrying a USA Passport. I have a feeling relatives of Uncle Sam will not be welcome anywhere until we can prove we have been vacinated. So, I plan on discovering the joys of our National Parks and Beaches.  Might have to return to St. John USVI which still has the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen.

I presumed all the guys here have a least one funny tale to tell of their times in the region.  But so far zilch... no pressure gents :)

You mean like on my first full day, on my first trip to the Philippines, when I met up with a hot ladyboy I had been chatting with for several weeks, had a magical afternoon and night with her and some of her other ladyboy and gay friends in a private room at a Karoake bar, followed by dancing the night away at Alcohology in Mango square (including hanging with the DJ's on stage), only to discover that my brand new Sansung cell phone had been pilfered by one of my dates friends?

Of course, I ditched the girl, and kept on my mongering adventures.  Fortunately, the experience introduced me to dual sim card cell phones (since I needed a new phone) in Asia which we did not have state side at the time!

  14. According the wizards at Facebook, Twitter, and all, we all have different likes that will send each of us down the rabbit hole of likes, posts, comments, and replies. But I would suspect the temporarily suspended (of necessity) "Trip Reports" section has historically been the most popular.  Well, it was always the most interesting to me, unless the reports became novels.  I guess I was always more of a "Flowers of Algenon" reader as opposed to "War and Peace".

  15. Saw this post, and decided to check if my go-to website from the 2010's for dating Filipino ladyboys was still active.  I logged onto my old profile at www.ladyboykisses.com to see if site still open, and how many girls active in Philipines.  The URL has changed, but still same site:  www.ladyboykisses.de

Well, I accidentally stayed logged in overnight, and just like before 10 hungry Transpinay had hit up my profile stating availability to meet.   I HADN'T POSTED ANYTHING. They just saw my profile online.  Ten years ago, I posted I was going to be in Cebu for 2 weeks, and on the first day 50 girls hit me up.  Looks like things haven't changed much.

So, my recommendation to all serious mongers willing and ready for something slightly more meaningful than a regular/standing bar girl  hook-up and willing to do a little footwork is as follows:  When the pandemic ends, get your asses to Cebu, or Manilla, or Boracay, or any fucking place among the 7K islands of the Philipines and find your serious ladyboy companion.

Thailand gets the credit as ladyboy central, but the truth is my observation is that on a per-capita basis the Phils have MANY more ladyboys and femmeboys, and they are very willing to build relationships/friendship with foreigners.  Also, due the Eurocentricism created by Spanish and American colonialism, and the indoctrinization of the Catholic church, Filipino ladyboys are solicitous of foreigners, whereas the Thai view themselves as inherently superior to Farang culturally.  So, this legacy of cultural domination results in a smoother relationship from my humble opinion.

Anyway, I'm a firm believer that even the most hardened ladyboy bar stool sittlng crusty old whoremonger deep down inside just wants a regular whore to meet his daily needs.  I think your best bet for that is in the Philippines, and www.ladyboykisses.de is a good site to explore.

    Your Retired monger,

    RandiUno.

I'm pretty sure we are reasonably on the same side of the political spectrum from reading your posts.

When I was younger,  and maybe more foolish, I was able to see the commonality in most peoples thoughts and ideas of  political nature. I agree that most of us agree on the fundamentals...that everyone should have a chance to lead a happy, healthy, and fulfilled life.  This devil, of course, is in the details, and unfortunately, it seems that during my lifetime, people can't see the forest for trees anymore, and are ready to go to war over whether the government or a private citizen owns the farm.
