  1. Who was it saying that, because the birth-rate had dropped, dating was to be encouraged, and couples should have more babies? You can't have it both ways, unless there's some new technology I've missed

    Happy non-sexual Valentine's Day!

Maybe you might like to rephrase part of the sentence being the words "than some of the creeps that visit them."

I'd like to think that I, for one, was not a creep, more of a philanthropist on a small scale.

Just a thought, no offense intended as I like to be viewed as an inoffensive type.

I think you're right, though no doubt there are some creeps who visit (obviously not you, SP, Woodie or me). Love your job description too.

As far as the "moral ground" goes,I tend to think it's a fairly neutral thing. They are prepared to provide the service; I'm prepared to avail myself of their service. So I see it as a win - win result (politically correct) or a 1 - 1 draw (with a replay if I enjoyed it).

I am reposting in this new thread BM Annat's OP in another thread he had started but, for some yet-to-be-determined technical reason did not allow BMs to respond.  Annat shared with us that he tested positive for Covid and I am sure I speak for all LBR BMs in wishing him a speedy and full recovery.

Here is artwork which Quinn sent me.  We are rooting for LBR's best cricket player!!

Yes, I had tried to reply too, and couldn't. So I'll just endorse your words Mr.P. In Australian language (and maybe others too) rooting has a meaning other than cheering or supporting. Perhaps some of us will be doing that as well. Best wishes, Annat. and we'll be expecting a full description of your cricket match come summer.

  5. I'm just back home from a few days in Pattaya. As usual, time flew and I missed the chance to be with Nam, or Nut. But one evening on my way back to my room I was invited in by someone I had not met before (and whose name escapes me). I had my backpack with me and no time to put it in my room. "No problem, we have safe locker you can put in" she tells me. Apparently been there for ages but I'd never had the need before. So, all locked away, key on an elastic on the wrist, and indeed, no problem.

What can I say? Zaza is great and I'm already planning my next trip down.

  6. I'm just back home from a few days in Pattaya. Jessie is lovely to talk with, but I had limited time (hopefully next time for her). Took Bella out to the back room, and she was brilliant; a very enjoyable time. I'll be visiting again on my next trip down. What I especially liked was there was no pressure for drinks, and all the girls made an old bloke feel welcome.

I don't attend any of these places. Kinda hard to argue with the travel restrictions reading this. It doesn't mention blowing a Soi 6 ladyman, but I think its safe to say we can add that one to the list as well.

Thanks seven. I'm still planning to go down to Pattaya tomorrow, but only to numbers 1 - 4, although I may well worship at Zaza at some stage. And of course I'll wear a mask and wash my hands.

    Thanks Woodie as well.

Thanks, mate. I know how blokes outside Thailand feel. I'm here, and still have problems. Hopefully I'll get away tomorrow or Sunday.

Oppps. Maybe its not only dirty farangs who will spread  infection in Thailand.

Growing fears over Thai coronavirus cluster from Myanmar

A coronavirus cluster in Thailand grew to 10 on Wednesday amid fears scores of other Thai women connected to a hotel in a notorious Myanmar border town could be infected and may attempt to return home under the radar.

Health authorities in Bangkok were holding emergency talks on Wednesday night, an official said.

Thailand has managed to contain Covid-19 infections to just over 4,000 cases.

Its Achilles heel is an extremely porous 2,400-kilometre (1,500-mile) border that it shares with Myanmar, where the virus is rampant, with more than 1,000 new cases a day in recent months.

Thailand tracking 200 people as infected returnees skip COVID-19 quarantine

    https://www.yahoo.com/news/thailand-tracking-200-people-infected-071757781.html

BANGKOK (Reuters) - Thailand was racing to track down about 200 people in its northern provinces on Monday to stop a potential coronavirus outbreak, after three Thai nationals entered the country illegally from Myanmar and tested positive days later.

Three women bypassed immigration checks and entered via natural border crossings last Tuesday and Friday, skipping the mandatory quarantine for new arrivals, Chiang Rai provincial governor Prachon Pratsakul said.

This has stuffed up my planned trip down to Pattaya. Fear is the killer here in Phitsanulok, apparently at least one school is closed because a teacher was on the same plane as one of the returnees from Myanmar, and then went to Phichit also. In my farming community, people are quite worried, and I'm being pressured not to go for my trip. Aah well, see what happens today.

gentlemen,   Nobody likes being publicly sanctioned by petty tyrants and it hurt when I was banned from PY and even though I made it my mission to break their balls every time I post original content here that otherwise could have been posted there, it still hurts.  The fact is that PY is the only universally peer-acknowledged gathering spot for our community of ladyboy aficionados and when they callously ban one of us we become exiles from that community. I am grateful for LBR's refuge and inclusion, BUT restricting the Romscars to LBR BMs would be like restricting football player of the year awards to a regional league.  The representativeness of the Romscars hinges on me putting my feelings aside and being impartial to every monger, including controversial PY characters like Kendo who I proposed for the Hall of Legends despite the fact that he TWICE stabbed me in the back.  But Hey!  The guy IS the standard bearer for ladyboy mongers worldwide after being featured as such on international TV, and also the only tech-savvy PY mod who holds countless ladyboy and mongers intelligence that no one else does.

The second thing I want to reiterate is that the Romscars is not a popularity contest, but rather an exercise in peer recognition over the past year and the PAST YEAR ALONE.  Bumblebee got a Romscar last year for his once-in-a-lifetime pics of the blonde farang chic spreading at Emmy's and his TJ's chorus lines at the beach, which made it a tough act to follow this year.  I personally was more impressed this year with loverboy's Ladyboy Mansion concept and pics, but if other BMs feel Bumblebee (or any other BM) posted better shoots during 2020, I repeat DURING 2020, please argue so...don't just post to profess what a great guy he is. Having said that, I gave Bumblebee consideration for the Romscars Hall of Legends, from which both he and Pdoggg refused themselves (this year, at least!...)

So if you want to help me delivering the Romscars and participate, please do so constructively by giving me names and mention how they stood out in 2020. I will return with more nominations for another category.  That's the only way I know how to do it.

Well, this post has done it for me. Get a life, Rom, and get over LBP. I'm sick of all your complaints about PY. There are great BMs on here and Ladyboy Review has (mostly) been flame free, which makes for enjoyable reading/viewing. Don't drag it down to a lower level.

Of course you, as any member, can post what you want, so maybe you can vote for me as the anti-Rom guy. Go for it. I'm done.

  11. Rom, you obviously enjoy doing this, it's your thing, and go for it. but let's keep to Ladyboy Review. The other site is just that - the other site. I don't care what happens over there. I don't put anyone on ignore, because I might miss something good sometimes, but if all I get is PY, PY, well, it does get boring.

    Just my feelings. Rant over.

Many of us use Line to text or call our friends.  How about the other features of Line?  Are they any good?

Does anyone use the Keep feature?  I'm under the impression it is to send stuff to yourself which could be useful but want to make sure that nobody else can see one's Keep.

You know me, Pd, Mister Non-Tech. But I do use "Keep" for important messages (as BigTel said, above), and also for those special photos away from prying eyes.

I agree with those sentiments, but unfortunately wars will keep on keeping on and young guys will be sent off to war to fight other peoples battles. So it makes the words a bit valueless

Governments send the men and women to fight these wars. Respect those who served, Woodie (as I'm sure you do) and condemn the wars and those who create them. Lest we forget those who gave so much.

  14. Well, there's a bit of something for everyone there, BigTel. Pure chance it was picked up; but was it a false positive? Is it a false negative? Is the moon really made of cheese?

Meanwhile, in the wilds of Phitsanulok, in the farming community where I live, you wouldn't know there was a virus.Very few people wear masks, and the local Tesco Lotus Express (the local village store) staff do not wear masks at all. A bottle of gel sits on a table near the door, but no temperature checks. On Thursday a customer (who was wearing a mask, surprise, surprise) took her mask off to sneeze, twice. All good here.

  15. No, I've never pissed on the street. But many years ago after a solid drinking session, I pissed in the driveway of a farmer's place on my way home. Dark night, about 3.30 in the morning. My only excuse was that I'd never have made it home otherwise.

  16. Hold your horses. Pun intended. I may have been premature in saying horse racing may return soon in Thailand. As it stands with the emergency decree extended, it is hard to see race meetings resuming anytime soon. Trainers must be in a quandry about preparing horses to race, owners still have to meet feed and vet bills, and training fees. And all the spin-offs such as race books printing (and selling), catering at meetings, race day staff, and jockeys and strappers must be feeling the pinch.

Obviously it's an interest of mine, but I'll try to post any updated information I can get at.

  17. I've just come back from 4 days in Pattaya, and I stayed at said hotel. Sadly age has caught me (so I wasn't the lucky guy) but I did spend time with LinPing and had plans for Nut, but she was taken (obviously popular). It's a great place with excellent staff. Already planning my next trip down.

  18. I've been known to buy a drink for a bar manager (in a ladyboy bar) but as a friendship thing, as i would if I was in the bar with a mate. Obviously I've also bought the lady of my choice a drink as well, I'm there to enjoy myself, and as long as the bin is all ok, I'm ok too.

How the bar works out it's affairs is none of my business.
