  1. Thanks Unc. You're a good man.

I'm not really, Sam... I pick my nose & do all sorts of other nasty stuff

SHIT.... Just heard that Dan Hicks as just popped his clogs... Someone had best verify it, as I've been wrong a couple of times lately.

Anyway, if he is dead, which I think is?... Damm, what a shame, I really liked him, he was an incredible talent

  2. Playing devils advocate.....Do you think there is a snobbery towards LBP and all that sail in she. from the "old guard" that have been on the scene 10-15 years+ ?

Yes, I'd have agree with you Kendo, 555... I've always thought that there was a slightly self satisfied & superior attitude from some of the stalwarts on this site towards LPB... Sorry, slapped wrists lads :flirt2:

And if I want to be really honest with myself, maybe I can be a little bit guilty of it too?.. In spite of that, I'll still post there from time to time, but not a lot, as I find that there's a multitude of different little 'FORUM' tribes that are never going to gel together, & are always going to be at each others throats exhibiting extreme prejudice towards one another... Add to that the prevailing smutty, 'teenage' farty pants attitude & topics full of utter vulgarity with no real humor, content or wit attached, & you've got somewhere I don't want to be lot of the time...

They're poor little, snotty nosed, insecure boys, huddling together to give themselves some type of strength or voice from within their nasty & conceited little clubs!

The brand of forum elitists' who I was banging on about, have always clustered together on PBP (they are definitely there, PDogg & Sam)... And I've been very vocal in my condemnation of them over the years & will happily continue to do so :happy0148:....

They're the forum 'good ole' boys'.. Has I have often referred to them

    :hi:

  3. I have met 2 guys through this forum Cobber32 and Luung both real cool guys ,I spoke to them first here and arranged

a meeting time and place, for me that is the best way to go

I enjoyed your company too, mate, & hopefully we'll meet again sometime!...

I agree with you & JimSlim, that interacting on the forum first, before a meet, is most definitely the way to go... Same as a dating site really, you should be able to feel out or gauge whether you'll be compatible within a handful of exchanges of banter.

Overall, the personal interactions that I've had with fellow BM's, who I've known via a correspondence basis first, have (usually) turned out to be very fulfilling experiences with mature, intelligent & worldly blokes...

It goes badly wrong when go down to places like Pattaya & inadvertently meet inflated 'Forum Muppets' in Ladyboy bars

  4. Jeeezus... What a club to want to be in!!!

I've met some great blokes through these forums, I really have... But, as soon as I get someone who wants to talk forum, I'm off!.. In the main part they're Fukin' anoraks' & C.B. enthusiasts'.. Have you noticed that they've usually got something a bit gimpy going on.

At the other end of the spectrum I've witnessed an incredible inverted snobbery from what I'd call 'forum elitist's', BM's who think that they're right at the top of the pile & only want to talk to the other 'right stuff' BM's...

What an absolute bunch of cunts! :judge:

  5. Luung Quinn heard this ?

Richie Havens with Groove Armada a few years ago ... beautiful .

Whoooooah, thanks for sharing, Jim!.. Corr, at this rate it'll be worth saying someone else is dead, who isn't :rolleye0012:

I'd heard this before & then forgot all about it... Silly me

  6. Glen once said his tastes were " Booze , Broads and Blow".....later in life he reversed into a fitness fanatic but one supposes the damage was done .

    RIP

Bit late on this, sorry Tomcat... 555, I remember really well, the complete 180 degree turn around, & also gleefully watched the manifestation that accompanied it, from rock n' roll, cool dude to strutting pseudo pimp/business man, with those awful boxy, zoot suite, type arrangements that he adorned himself in & the slicked back, greased up hair do's.... Fuck, what an awful way to see a hero go!

  7. 1 degree C, last night, here at the bottom of Doi Suthep, no kid... I love it!!

I've been walking about like a strutting peacock, laughing at this little lot all hunched over, wrapped up in blankets & shivering & sniveling.

No LB's want to come around though 55555... They definitely don't want to come out & play in shriveled dick weather

  8. Its a very interesting topic & one that is some what blurred in my case . Before finding ladyboys i always seemed to hook up with western gg's who whilst attractive had that tomboy personality . Well wouldn't you know it , now i'm into ladyboys it seems i do the same . ( hope that makes sense ). Guess what i'm saying is i love a gurl who can dress up real pretty for dinner but can put on the jeans and boots & help build a fence .

Same, same, but different, Whateva... When I look back on my past, I was always attracted to physically strong girls, & I think that many ladyboy fanciers are the same. However, the tomboy personality was always a complete turn off.

A muscular, fit, elegant, feminine looking girl in a pretty frock is just about one of the most mouth watering spectacles that I can imagine... But a pretty girl, dressed like a bloke & climbing trees, just looks like some apprentice fukin' bull-dike, to me!

Yep, it's the feminine persona, with a square jaw & a pair of frilly knickers, does it every time.

Yes, it matters big time. Absolute deal breaker for me.

So she starts wearing men's underwear, what comes next? No makeup, facial & body hair, short back & sides, more men's clothing, changing her name from Som to Somchai.

I am not attracted to masculine & even though we all know the "girls" are really men with in drag, once that pretence is dropped then so to is the "lady" leaving you only with a boy. If that was what I desired "boys town" would be a more appropriate destination.

She stops being feminine in mind , action & appearance the I kick her hairy, smelly srse to the kerb pronto!

Yep, my thoughts entirely, skyblue... At this point it's now, "His hairy, smelly arse", being promptly kicked to the kerb, otherwise you can safely say that you're into effeminate looking, young pooftas'.

Ok, in many peoples world, they don't see much of a difference (that's fair enough) & some are into both (god bless em'). But in my world, that's a huge chasm between the two.

  9. What an absolute shame... They're certainly falling thick & fast at the moment.

I'm so glad that I actually got a chance to see the Eagles once at Wembley Area, it was amazing how they managed to be regal & yet casual, all at the same time.

I personally feel that regardless of anyone's taste, the Eagles will stand the test of time as being just about the most talented band on the planet... And I say that in spite of the fact that I've walked out of many a bar because they wouldn't fuckin' well stop playing 'Hotel California'. :mad0235:

Here's Glen Frey's own personal favorite.

  10. To quote the late, fucking great, David Bowie:  "I've always been a closet heterosexual."

No matter what I've done, I kinda feel the same.

What an absolutely brilliant quote!.. And I'd have saved myself a lot of time trying to explain stuff, if I could have remembered it 5555

But I didn't & you did.. And yeah, we both come from somewhere about the same sort of place regarding this.. And that quote perfectly sums up a certain kind of ladyboy fancier... A connoisseur of beauty & strength who doesn't mind testing his boundaries... And yet, is also accepting & strong enough himself to embrace rather than reject.

But at the end of the day, I think that to blokes like us it's a love of all things feminine... Even if they have got big dicks... Which makes it pretty hetro in my book, even though I know that technically, I'm having gay sex!

Full credit to you for not letting the 'Y front thing' thing get to you... You're a far better man than I, who'd run a mile away

  11. 555.. This is where I split from the rest of the pack, & just hope that others' don't find me contentious on a thread that's meant to be lightweight & fanciful.

LB's are blokes, we already know that, but to my mind, because of that fact I can only buy into the illusion when it's patently obvious that they are so desperate to come over to the female side that they'll physically, emotionally, visually, 100%, try absolutely anything or everything within their power to project a female aura... And that very much includes the undies!

I'm sorry, but with the short hair cuts, punchy attitudes, boy's underwear or any other external male traits... I just read bloke! Pure & simple...  And for me it's totally unappealing, unsettling even... It's just gay, I don't just know it, I feel it intensely too!

There's been loads of events in the past where it's happened & one perfect example is the gorgeous main star at our local cabaret... Years ago she worked at Cascade's & was a really popular & feminine ladyboy, but nowdays she's had years off the hormones, so the muscles have popped out & she even sports a close shaved hair do under her wig & has reverted to blokie undies... Anyway, I know both her incarnations & she is always great company as well as being a superb person... But for me, 'the before' was a heavenly & divine experience, & 'the after' was just gay sex... And it really felt like it, all the way down to the stubbly top lip!

Even if they're a bit ugly or brutish, if they're making that 100% effort to try to be femine (hopefully wearing something tight with a pair of frilly knickers underneath), I can still very much be inclined to go for it.

Where do you draw the line?... Fuck knows? It's incredible blurry & can move a bit from time to time too.

Do I care where that line's drawn?.. Fuck no, couldn't care less! It's an incredibly broad church that we find ourselves in & my views over time can & do vary a bit within a given norm.

All I can tell you is that I can still sometimes wake up screaming, recalling visions of pretty girls with beer breath, nobs' & gezzer pants, trying to interfere with me...

    AGHRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

    AGRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!

  12. @Luung.... I think you will find that Bryan Ferry CBE is still very much alive and kicking    :hi:

Oh yeah, that was your topic about which star you'd like to be?... Whooops.. Fuck, I'm loosing it, I get all these topics mixed up now.. Man, I've got to stop smokin' that shit

Rick Wakeman actually played the piano on his early Albums ( trivia titbit) . Also he dresses up a woman for one album cover and it was changed quickly due to outrage... how daring was that for the time

Here's another bit of trivia.. Did you know that David Bowie was in the same class at school as Peter Frampton?.. I find it incredible that two completely different artists' who both made it so BIG in their own rights, actually used to play conkers in the playground together.

The album cover in the dress was, 'Man who sold the world', I think it might well have flown if it were a bit more tongue in cheek. I'm sure that the problem for most, at the time, was that he was obviously making a very serious attempt, (very much like the traps of today)... And that makes a lot of folk outside our appreciative world, a bit queasy.

Here's my favorite Bowie track.... Very Ray Davies

  13. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!

Not another fukin' childhood hero gone!

Jezuuuuus, First record I ever knew the words to... Starman.. First album I ever bought, Ziggy Stardust & the Spiders from Mars.. In fact up until 1978, I had all his albums... Saw him twice too & got a chance to speak to the great man once in my favorite clothes' shop, Margret Howell's, back in the early eighties... He just sounded like the bloke next door with a mortgage & a lawn mower, he was absolutely lovey!

He influenced me in very much the same sort of way that Bryan Ferry did... In fact, I used to go to many Ferry & Bowie nights at the 'Blitz' nightclub, back in the mid to late 70's... Funnily enough they were usually organized by Steve Strange, who was only a year older than myself & died just last year (Although I didn't quite like him very much, & he didn't like me either)

Ah, this is so sad, first Brian Ferry, then Lemmy, & now this... Fuck this bastard world!

R.I.P. David Bowie... From a big, big, big fan!
