The location of Chaos 9 was already a big disadvantage before Corona came, now it's even worse for the bar being so far down Soi 4 with hardly any people walking by... However they apparently didn't put up a sign to warn traffic entering Soi 4 that there's no thru traffic to Soi 6 or further down Soi 4 (towards the tobacco factory) possible.

Many vehicles today therefore had to turn around near the Raja Plaza area.
