Vice President Mike Pence will take charge of the US response to the new coronavirus, President Donald Trump announced today. “Mike is not a czar,” Trump said. “I don’t view Mike as a czar.”

Pence is not a public health expert, either. Instead, as governor of Indiana, he slashed public health spending and delayed the introduction of needle exchanges, which led to the state’s worst outbreak of HIV. He takes over from Health and Human Services Secretary Alex Azar who has been heading the White House coronavirus task force since the beginning of January. 

Yale epidemiologist Gregg Gonsalves, who conducted the research linking the Indiana HIV outbreak to Pence’s policies, tweeted that the decision “speaks to a lack of seriousness by the White House.”

Funny story there buddy, but  I meant his stuff in general gets repetitive as I hadn't even watched this one yet,  I still like KSR in  small doses when in the right mood 

I  like alot of his stuff but it does get pretty repetitive

Haha  ya because as mentioned it was one of the best things ever but also one the  hardest as I hate gyms and dieting even more but know I  am only as 'hansum' as my wallet is full :)

Nearly 7 weeks in a  hospital bed, Nil by Mouth (no food or water) for 14 weeks and fed & watered by a machine through a tube inserted in my stomach.... easy peasy really 

I was 93kg when I went in for the operation in February 2018 and now nearly 2 years later at 75kg and I have been this weight for the last 6 months (I weigh myself every 2 weeks). 

I lost a 105 pounds a few years back and it  still feels amazing only  downside was the cost of buying a whole new wardrobe as when you lose that much nothing comes close to fitting properly anymore, but still one of the best things I've ever done
