  1. One Bar I discovered for the first time last month was Scooters Bar on Soi Buakhao (not to be confused with the Scooters Bar on LK metro) after watching a Geoff Carter video, it is situated just before the Pook Swan (same side) if you are coming from Soi Honey.

Some more of the fab music they played while I was there from Mod, Ska, Northern Soul, Mowtown  & Soul

I heard The Duke is currently in the process of honing his self-taught dance moves in order to throw a few shapes upon his inevitable return   :party0049:

    His source of inspiration?

    Call me Papa ...

  2. This really is a strange phenomenon. There are plenty of members asking for recommendations, and yet the attraction is gone when you realize she's been with a customer - either in the immediate past or a bit longer?

If this is something that puts you off, then the p4p scene is not for you. The fact that she is in the p4p scene means that she's been with numerous customers, unless you are her "first".

I can imagine Rx at Disneyland telling the other kids "that's not Mickey Mouse, it's a dude in a costume!"

Most people enjoy an escape from reality from time to time, whether it be movies, reading, watching TV series, or partaking of prostitutes.  During such times we enjoy ourselves most when we're able to become immersed in the moment, in an illusion, a fiction. A time when we are able to forget about the rest of the world, even if only for a short while. In the fantasy world of Thailand P4P we can become part of it.

Like someone else unwrapping your Christmas presents, or telling someone the ending to a great movie they haven't yet seen, or telling you the score of a sporting event you recorded but couldn't see live.

All these fall into a similar category and it can take the shine off for others, even if only temporarily.

  3. Couldn't resist it....

What a shame, R.I.P. Ronnie Corbet

    Two teas please.

    "Milk and sugar?"

    .. No, two T's!!

At least we're agreed on this one

I always very much enjoyed the Two Ronnies.

When I was young (living at home with Mum & Dad) I found his monologues in that comfy armchair the most boring part of the show. Once I'd grown-up and developed a proper sense of humour I found that one of the best bits.

    Loved Ronnie Corbett .. R.I.P.

  4. You've got your eye on a particular girl but you see her exit a short-time room with her previous customer, or you read or hear about her previous escapades with another BM.

Does that turn you off, even for a little while, perhaps until she has at least shed any traces of his DNA?

I remember several years ago watching a very cute and petite ladyboy dancing at the old Baby Boom, her name escapes me. I mentioned my interest to a fellow BM buddy who was sat alongside me and he said "Yea, I had her last night, she was a really good fuck!"

Put it this way, I decided, based upon that information, that I would pass on this particular occasion.

Virgins of age are like rocking-horse shit in Thailand and we know they all have numerous customers, but I don't always want them identified or to know who they are as in some cases it just blows the temporary fantasy away.

    What say you?

  5. Nice and peaceful in my room during Songkran, although the fridge can start to look a bit bare pretty quickly.

    Note to self:

    - stock-up with extra Chinese food from Wok'n'Rok (LK Metro)

    - say an additional thank-you to the Tikka Center delivery guy (no extra tip)

    - clean the lenses on my binoculars

    - batten down the hatches

  6. This was the building in front of Lita Bar, the one that was in a state of demolition alongside the car park.

Lucky it didn't happen a few days prior while I was sat outside.

  7. The Larry Sanders Show was one of the greatest tv comedies ever, just brilliant. Gervais has said it was a prime influence on The Office. RIP

.. and when he finally met him it was uncomfortable and awkward.

I'd never heard of Shandling prior to seeing this with him and Gervais some years ago.

Since then I've had no interest in discovering any more about Shandling. Rude, difficult, and unfunny.

The full thing over 5 parts:

  8. Depends from what or from where it was I got banned.

If it was a forum then I'd re-appear under the radar using a pseudonym via a VPN. After a while innocently fitting in like a newbie I'd drop the occasional fart in a thread just for the hell of it, but I'd likely quickly become bored with that and stop bothering soon afterwards. It's more a case of knowing that I could if I wanted.

Regarding a venue, such as one in Pattaya, I doubt I'd miss any place too much as options are plentiful and varied and I'm not that desperate to be anywhere in particular any more. My friends and I have various places to socialise so I'd just attend the others when it suits.

I find it unlikely that I'd be banned from anywhere I particularly liked anyway. But if I did fuck something-up then I'd apologise. If the recipient of the apology was too much of a dick-head to get over himself and accept the apology and continued to act like a petulant immature child then I'd be glad to be rid of the place, particularly him, anyway.

  9. Naklua

If I were being finicky I would also go with the Naglua spelling, as translated it means 'salt face' (lit: face salt).

Even the 'glua' (salt) sounds more like 'gluea'.

Naklua would be acceptable too, na-rak

  10. Witherspoons is completely closed. There is a sign up saying closed for renovation or something like that. So they either got completely shutdown or chose to not bother just serving food and non adult beverages. Or perhaps take the down time to actually renovate?

    ..

Witherspoons is open again now, I went past it today and it all looked like BAU.

I don't think much in the way of renovations were done.

  11. She's leaning on the wall of the parking lot that cuts through to Soi Lucky Star.

Never mind that, just look at those luscious thighs   :happy0148:

  12. lwow3.jpg

That does look like Lola on the far right.

This hula pic looks familiar to me too, probably from a year or so ago.

She seemed to freelance on Walking Street then wander up to Lita's occasionally.
