The Cliff Beach Resort is a beautiful venue. The many attending the Rotary event seemed to be the only people in the entire place, as the lobby was completely empty. Despite "official" claims to the contrary that the tourist industry is recovering from Covid there is little visible evidence outside of the zoo around Treetown and Buakhao.

The girls had three shows. First was their spectacular dance act in the dark with the brightly lit butterfly wings.

 

Next came a dance routine sans wings.

For their third act four of the girls kidnapped a member of the audience, sat him in a chair, and performed a (mildly only, drat) erotic dance on and around him.

Smoking pot? Well, I've been smoking it (and ingesting in other manners) for almost 60 years, and with the odd relatively short break virtually daily. It cannot kill you, and it makes you feel good in many ways. Go for it!

So far as I know, it is not available in the United States at all. It is in Canada, but it lapses after more than six months out of country and takes three months residency with no insurance to reinstate upon return. Further, it repays only about 15% of uninsured expenses out of country. Every five years the government allows up to a two-year absence without penalty, similar to a sabbatical. The Canadian health care system does not however provide for hearing aids, visionary aids, or dental aids for the elderly.

At least it beats the alternative, and we sure do appreciate what (little) we have. I think of pals back home who spend their winters looking out frosted windows at a world of white, teezing their fresticles and living with some bovine ballbuster whilst we enjoy the Land of Smiles and getting laid every which way but loose (and sometimes that way too!) Colour me thankful.

Paid, yes, and tips, yes. And to a true lover of music the joy is in producing it, even in an empty room. Tiresome is not a word that applies. Before I got bad arthritis in my left thumb I played daily; had to give away my guitar. I haven't played in over three years. Sad loss as it gave me joy even when practicing at home alone.

I was just commenting on a phenomena I came across almost 20 years ago during my first years of mongering in Thailand. An English gentleman was very fond of 'buying' girls whom he fell in love with out of the bar. Did so on a quite a few occasions, mostly Bkk.  As alluded to , they did make their return to p4p when the gentleman got bored with them.

I do know the difference between renting and buying, thank you. (Obviously we're not talking slave or human trafficking here, I'm well aware of that, but for lack of better word thais themselves use this term).

I was not making a "drama" about it; I was making a joke about it. Apparently that flies over some heads like a cowpie frisbee. If and when Toon does come back to the bar - as she likely will in time - she will have neither to crawl nor to beg. Em got her due for the barfine rental/extension and will be thrilled when she returns because she is likely to be barfined most nights.

I did not say the gentleman bought her; I said he bought her out of the bar. There's a difference. Possession is not the same as renting for a continuous period of time. I'm aware that after time she will likely be back. I was joking - read JOKING - with Em about it when I asked her to pass a "fuck you (for taking her out of my personal clutches)" comment to him. She caught the joke, but maybe you had to be there because she almost hurt herself laughing.

As I mentioned previously, the newbie femboy Toon gave great service, as good as Ana. The first time I barfined Toon she came twice, the second time thrice, and was rock hard for the better part of two hours. The 'agras allow an olde phart like me a rigid digit for about an hour, but what they do to someone like Toon is astounding.

I was looking for another toss with her in the near future, but unfortunately another (too) appreciative punter just bought her out of the bar!  I am choked.
