here you go QG.... i dunno if you are a Johnny cash fan or not... but it don't matter cause he's just sitting and watching. some good people on here singing away.

i've put this on your thread...maybe it'll help you get away from the Pattaya Mail for an hour or so!

don't panic, i'll hide it in a few days if you don't like it.

enjoy.

It's good bbg, and good to see you are getting to like C&W!

I think a young bargirl losing her job and her fiance would make a good Country song!

oh-oh no-no Nid

what was it that you did?

to make him go,

your handsome young beau.

that handsome young man went away

but he was sixty if a day.....

oh-oh no-no Nid

back home with his wife and kid.

He won't be the same ,

with his zimmer frame.

You are getting into Country now aren't you bbg?!

But Country songs are more intricately crafted and meaningful, about love, loss and life (sometimes that can be a dead dog)!

Your compositions still sound more like rap.

actually they don't sound like anything! cause they are just words on paper [so to speak]... if you wrote the lords Prayer down it could 'sound' like rap too.

i know the tune intended...but you have no music in your soul QG... yee haw! no matter- the barn dances  may be starting soon in West London again so get your stetson cleaned! Ride'em cowboy! keep 'em moving, moving, moving though they're disapproving..........

Forget the Western bit - just pure Country with Lucinda Williams - touch Bluesy ? Great Gal - for a 67 year old.

I've got that cd (Car Wheels On a Gravel Road), but not really Country enough for me.
