thaibound
generally speaking philipino food is imminently forgettable with the 'local favorites' not really my cup of tea, but...i can recommend a few spots -- Mama's fish house on Diniwid Beach, Boracay; Banana Leaf at greenbelt, makati (not all franchises of that limited 'chain' are the same); most any Mang Inasal most anywhere; Señor Pedro take-out chicken (opposite Harold's Hotel in Cebu--amongst many other spots). to name a few. enjoy.
azza33
Angel's bakery is not a bad spot to enjoy breakfast. They have a spot a few doors up from pont tails in Angeles city. Down in subic they are opposite icove hotel in bario Barretto.
Jimslim
generally speaking philipino food is imminently forgettable with the 'local favorites' not really my cup of tea I would have it down as unforgettable ...its disgusting . Its funny how every country in South East Asia has great food apart from the Philippines . Best to stick to foreign food certainly in Angeles , Margarita Station is good with a good range of Thai and Chinese dishes , Tequila Reef Mexican restaurant is not bad and there's a little family run Thai place a little off the beaten track which is very good not sure the name of the place but EyeMakk knows it . duke007
I did enjoy my grub at this place on Fields Ave , I love my brown sauce and the legs and handbag in the last pic belong to the missus in case you were wondering
Topcat72m
@Tomcat72M How come , Where did you eat in Cebu ??? Greetz , Stealth All over. You have the same international chains in Ayala that are what they are. As for local cuisine aside from the evening fish market near Fuentes circle and Cebuano maybe on mango (not the square but away from Fuentes about 5 min walk) which are not a reason to get excited I didn't much like the food. Don't get me wrong there is plenty of choice and you can find something pleasant enough but I didn't find anything I'd recommend to anyone. EyeMahk
there's a little family run Thai place a little off the beaten track which is very good not sure the name of the place but EyeMakk knows it . It's called Patcharawan's Thai Restaurant. The whole lot of us went there last November. Great food. http://www.pinoyadventurista.com/2015/08/patcharawans-thai-restaurant-in-angeles-pampanga.html
